Hi danielpaixaobr, I understand the situation, unfortunately there is no option to remove the first image at the beginning of the content, the only option in the theme is to remove the featured image element inside the posts, but I think that this is not a solution for the latest posts, right?

Hi michelsaguiar, If you deleted only the WordPress and theme files then should not be a problems, because the posts and all data is stored in database, but it is possible to have some tables in database that contains the malware, (not only extra files in WordPress).

The files you mentioned represent the elements used on cloud templates. All cloud template that are created are stored in database (like pages and posts), and those are created using tagDiv Composer (theme builder) and shortcodes (each file you mentioned above represent a shortcode element in tagDiv Composer when the tagDiv Cloud Library is enabled).
Now, in case you want to use a default cloud template, then you can download it from our cloud – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
And if you edit ore you create your own cloud template and you want to import it to a different website you can do it like this:

This is not related to this problem, but please set a low php version, the 8.2.8 was not been tested with our theme and can create problems. Use php v.8.2

Hi JaredP, our theme do not store the paths for plugins in database, those are set in the theme files. Maybe the problem is relate to the path, but it can be displayed from a plugin. Can you please provide some screenshots or a link where I can investigate the problem. Maybe this is an worning displayed because the debug is set on true, also it can be related to php version (if this one is different then the one from old website).

I see that you use the LiteSpeed cache, but this is not configurated to use a separate cache for mobile device, therefore it deliver the mobile theme version on desktop (and I believe that sometimes the responsive version on mobile) – https://i.imgur.com/cytZkA7.png

Also, using the mobile theme plugin will apply over other settings for mobile, like responsive and mobile page. If you need the responsive version or mobile page, please use the mobile theme only for amp template, or disable the plugin.

If the problem is related to the theme panel when you click on the save button there is an infinite loading icon, then most probably something is blocking the admin-ajax request, this can be checked using the console.

Only on one of theme appear the cloud template on rest of theme seems to be a template from tagDiv Standard pack. The option from the theme panel should be globally apply on modules. I just made a test and for me the date has been changed, now is no longer displaying the publish date, is displayed the updated date (unfortunately, there is no extra text to be display when the post has modified, but for example if you have a post published in 22 and if you update the post today, this should display the updated date).

Hi surplag, using an old revision of homepage didn’t resolve the problem? What I can suggest is to make a test, set a different page as homepage and try to edit the page that was set before as homepage and is if this is working (there were a few cases when only when the page was set as homepage this problem occurred).

Normally if you use acf with our theme then you can use the special element from tagDiv Composer to display those elements and this element is the “custom filed” – https://i.imgur.com/dfQRVir.png – https://i.imgur.com/pJfe151.png – https://i.imgur.com/Gh3HNoe.png so there is no need to set the shortcode in HTML, just use the special elements to render the acf info – https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-fields-support/
