Hi harding13, it is possible that you have some extra plugins that are interfering and that it is way the custom files are not displayed in the posts. Please make a test using only tagDiv plugins (in case that you are using a child theme, please set the main theme) and see if the problem is still persisting.
Let us know the results!

For that you’ll need to change the footer template, for example set it on style 2 -> https://i.imgur.com/BzMwOlk.png then from appearance > widgets set the blocks (tagdiv blocks) you want in footer 1, 2 and 3 -> https://i.imgur.com/S7YFkoX.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
I do not think the problem is with the cache, if it was from it, then the post would no longer appear, nut just the AFC data.
As far as I know there is no hook on WP post editor, but there may be some conditions related to the publish/update button from the WP posts.
Thank you!

Hi Ckyd,
Using the Newspaper theme the Google Analytics need to be inserted here -> https://i.imgur.com/LfZlRu4.png

About that code, I think that it is a part from a function, and usually those need to be set in functions.php, for this we recommend to use the child theme .
In case that the code need to be set in the header.php then the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php

I hope this will help you!

Hi Ibalex,
The tagDiv Composer was not made to be used on posts, this can be used on pages and cloud templates only!
If you are using cloud templates for your website, then the tagDiv Composer options should be in the WordPress top bar (just made sure that you have an admin role).
About the editors and possibility to edit. In the latest updates it looks that our developers set the permissions incorrectly and assigned the author’s attributions to the editor and vice versa, so the editors will be able to create only pages not cloud templates.

Since you are editing a cloud template, the changes to it will be reflected in all posts / categories / … of which it is a part of that cloud template and is set to be used.

Thank you!

As for the featured images, there is no recommended size. The bigger the size of the image, the better the quality will be. But you will need to find a size that does not become a big burden for your website as bigger images will mean larger amounts of space occupied on the server and higher loading times. Usually about 800×600 or 1920x1080px will do. You can use the tagDiv Composer and set your thumb sizes as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/CJUsauI9KSd
Thank you!

Hi benjaone1, the mobile menu can be set with tagdiv Composer only if a cloud template it is used, then from tagDiv Composer you’ll need to set on mobile port view and set the mobile menu that you want to use -> https://i.imgur.com/F4mbshi.png
If is a standard header, then the menu that will be used is the one from the responsive version, and in case that the mobile theme plugin it is used, then the mobile menu can be set from the theme panel > mobile theme > header > mobile menu.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, no tabs element has been added so far, but an extra plugin can be used as an alternative solution. For example you can try:
-> Ultimate Blocks
-> Responsive Tabs
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
There were a few reports that for some users the Newsletter plugin is not working for Newsletter or Feedburner, unfortunately,. the only solution that we can provide in those situations is a custom css, for this will need a link to your website where the Mailerlite code is set and we also need to know the layout that you’ll like to be used.
Thank you!

Hi,
the number of Instagram followers should be updated automatically once a day (sometimes it may take longer due to cache and CDN plugins).
Indeed, one solution for updating the number of followers is the one mentioned by you.
Unfortunately, there are no other solutions for this at the moment.
Thank you!

Hi,
If your license is valid, then you can update the theme via FTP / cPanel, connect on your themeforest account and download the theme package from there.
How to Update the Newspaper Theme
Please note that the update will look like a different theme (due to the very large version difference). Also please make sure that after you update the theme you’ll update the theme plugin from Newspaper > plugins. You’ll need to install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard pack.
Thank you!

This depends on the shortcodes that were used, those shortcode were from that theme? If you import them on a default theme are still working? If yes, then should work with our theme too.

Hi,
If the problem also appears when you are logged it then it is possible to be related to an extra plugin that you are using. Please do some tests using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem is still persisting when you are logged in (also make sure that all cache and object cache are clear and the plugins are no longer enabled).
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
This can be done by excluding the category that it is used for the posts on the blog.
For this you’ll need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer and set for each block/grid to exclude that category -> https://i.imgur.com/kOyEBiq.png -> https://prnt.sc/0wYC9GJr09JS
I hope this will help you!
