usually this problem appear when there is already a folder with that name. What you can do is to use cPanel/FTP and make sure that you delete the theme plugins, after that you can reinstall the plugins using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

1. It can be because you are using an old theme version and maybe you are using a new WordPress version nd those are no longer compatible.
2. It can be also from an untested plugin, please make a test only with tagdiv plugins.
3. It can be from some security module, firewall, Wordfence.

Hi Chris Baird, indeed the ACF plugin isn’t on our list, but as I know this is working correctly with standard templates, as I know there are some problems on cloud, is harder to be use with cloud templates, but with standard templates will be no problem, if you want you can make some tests.
