What I mean was that you can set the padding on mobile 0 and on desktop 480px this will solved the issue.
Also on hero element the text is there, but you change the image -> https://i.imgur.com/3skffTY.png in order to be responsive the image need to be set on cover.
Or better use Image box element -> https://i.imgur.com/C6zuUcS.jpg set per viewport the image height -> https://i.imgur.com/mFFytbb.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/NRLTkfE.png maybe this one will help you better!

I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

Unfortunately we need to investigate this problem, therefore we need to have access to your website to check the settings are made and if one of theme is causing some problems, solution will be to make a staging website where to have the settings from your website, is no need to have all the posts/pages content, only the content where is the problem (you can set a copy of your website and remove the post sand e pages, letting only the pages with problems in this way you’ll keep the theme settings and we can investigate the problem).

If you are referring on this -> https://i.imgur.com/auroCKV.png then you can change it only on flex element -> https://i.imgur.com/IsCX0MX.jpg the colors set in theme panel will not apply.
