Hi,

I understand what you mean. Blocks don’t have numbered pagination, only ajax pagination. Blocks and grids can display custom post types, but the posts cannot be filtered in any way, only sorted.

The loop elements have numbered pagination, but cannot be filtered. There would be no way around this. Maybe consider using blocks to display the custom post types.

The theme is somewhat limited when it comes to CPT, most of the theme and composer options are designed to work with default posts and categories. So there aren’t many settings for CPT. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

Hi,

Shouldn’t be any problems if configured properly
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/

Please provide a link to the website so I can take a look at the counter.

Thanks

There is a section for adding the analytics code in the AMP plugin, but not for tag manager.
Only by making modifications to the plugin itself you could add the necessary code, the head and body tags within the plugin are here

Hi,

Could be caused by the Cloudflare rocket loader, same as in this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-search-appearing-on-desktop/

That is usually the case, disabling it should solve the sliding issue
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Thanks

I don’t quite understand, the images will look the same – http://prntscr.com/lwv1ej regardless of using the dedicated image element or the classic element.

@awilbanks I searched the internet for a while, I did found some information
https://www.instagram.com/developer/
https://www.dialogfeed.com/best-tips-for-instagram-graph-api-change-in-december-2018/
https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2018/01/30/instagram-graph-api-updates/

But in all our tests it works same as before, as I mentioned above I tested multiple IDs. Send us an email with admin login (if you haven’t already) and we will check in your case.

It could be the Jetpack photon causing the issue, please disable it, clear the cache and check again. or disable the entire plugin and check.

Hi,

You could add that in this section of the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/l098MIdAsN5g
The code will be loaded at all times, and it will not be lost after a theme update.

Or create a child theme, copy the header.php file in it and enter it there
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Updating the theme will not affect the child theme files.

Thanks

I could add it on the list, but I can’t make any promises however. I believe this will have a low priority unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

Maybe try and check what are these scripts and CSS files that slow the website speed, I browsed the website for a while, seems fast at the time of checking, page size is normal
http://prntscr.com/lwtvv1

This would be the theme requirements guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If there are multiple other plugins installed the parameters mentioned in the guide should be set higher if possible (I see WPML is used).

We haven’t made any testing with Varnish and the theme, we only tested with WP Super Cache up to this point. Also maybe tweak the cache settings if possible, check with online testing tools and try to make more improvements.

There will be optimizations made by us in the theme, in coming updates. These should provide a noticeable improvement in the matter of speed.

For the count to work with caching try this setting – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/

If the composer is active those options should appear
https://www.screencast.com/t/FzsmhDjBHdk

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, we will take a look. Provide cPanel or FTP as well if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,

Stretched rows containing default blocks can produce these results. The predefined blocks use the same thumbnail size at all times.

For full width results use flex blocks, these have options to load a bigger thumbnail
http://prntscr.com/lwifiy
Here are block designs created by us based on flex blocks (each can be previewed and edited)
https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
We will add designs for the flex grids as well in the future.

There are also full width grids (10 types) – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/

These elements would be more suited for wider or full width results.

Thanks

I vaguely remember a few similar cases in the past, it happened in some isolated cases. I believe the issue was investigated at the time, the latest theme version should solve it however.

Maybe consider to update the theme to the latest version and monitor the situation, should not happen anymore. Updating is not a difficult process, here is a guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

We could take a look at your case, provide admin login at contact@tagdiv.com and we will check. Maybe we can identify why the composer is slow.

Hi,

We do test various things periodically with a Mac, mention what should we check and we will. Where are these issues happening?

Maybe I am misunderstanding, are you referring to the slide or the big grid slide? That code will work for the big grid slide.

If it is the IOS slide you are referring to, use this code instead
http://prntscr.com/lwhsuf

.td_block_slide .td-slide-nav {
opacity: 1;
}

Let me know.

Hi,

Sorry for misunderstanding, change the code like this

Result here – http://prntscr.com/lwhp73

Hi,

Do you use the latest theme version? We made changes in the theme starting with 9.2 (latest is 9.2.2) to provide compatibility with the Gutenberg editor. Changelog can be seen at the bottom of this page

I have added this issue on our list and it will be investigated, after it will be fixed it will be included in the next theme update. I will try to post the fix here as soon as possible.

Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Hi,

The related articles section will show posts that share at least one category or tag (depending on the chosen setting) with the post that is currently viewed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/

The posts will be sorted by latest and there is no setting to change this sorting by a setting. Only by code, here are some similar topics, if you want to do it

Hi,

Those are some unusual issues. I see the website like this at the moment
http://prntscr.com/lwgh25
So it would be stretched. But how exactly can I see the the text fading? I checked a few posts but I can’t see the issue.

Thanks

Hi,

That would be a block 7 widget in the sidebar. So the font settings for the module (module 6) used by that block are here
https://www.screencast.com/t/M5YOU8krjJo9

There is a list of blocks and grids and what modules each contain here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/

Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi,

There are plans to improve our own AMP plugin in coming updates. I can’t say exactly what these improvements will be, at the moment. As for compatibility with the plugins you mention, I could add this on the list for testing but I can;t promise anything. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

Hi,

That is indeed called the ajax filter. It can be activated in the filter tab for each block
http://prntscr.com/lwg7lh
It can display categories, tags, authors, or a popularity filter. When each of these is enabled they will show by default all categories, tags etc.

For example, setting it to display categories will display all categories
http://prntscr.com/lwg8q7

If you want specific categories to be displayed, enter their IDs in the field below (separated by commas)
http://prntscr.com/lwg9oo
http://prntscr.com/lwg9wr
It is the same for the other filter options. let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks

It is a problem mentioned by some users, but we cannot recreate it on our end. All the IDs I have checked so far work at all times.

That is why we need to investigate in those specific cases, in order to identify if there is a problem in the matter. We haven’t made changes to our Instagram widgets in the latest updates so they should work same as before.
