I don’t know what code you are referring to. I provided a simple example of Yoast breadcrumb implementation on a post, I simply enabled Yoast breadcrumbs in the plugin

Then replaced theme breadcrumbs with Yoast breadcrumbs as shown above, with the code provided in the guide above. The Yoast breadcrumbs will display all the categories.

Please try and deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, and check if the error is still displayed. Let us know the results.

The popular category widget will pick categories with the most posts in them. This cannot be controlled, it will automatically display categories which have more posts then others. There is no relation to the menus, the menus will not influence the widget.

You could try different category widgets which would allow you to show only particular categories. I believe there are plugins for that.

Please note that each demo contains custom code and design. The Business demo date is specific to the business demo homepage, there is no date widget that can be placed on pages.

You could use a different method as well to display the date in a raw HTML element, like this for example

Deactivate and remove the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugins, then install them again from the latest theme package.
