I tried the code you mention, seems the script is interfering with the Pinterest button. But since you only want to display a link to the Pinterest page you could use only the actual link, remove the script. The script is replacing the theme button with the default Pinterest one

Changing the theme name or child theme name may create issues, try if possible not to change their name. If you want to prevent users from viewing the page source or inspect the page with browser inspectors, you could try content protection plugins. Such plugins are increasingly popular from what I can see.

You seem to be using Google auto placed ads, these cannot be controlled. These ads will be displayed randomly in the website. You will have to use ads with defined placement. More information here
