Hi,
Then you have not installed the multi-purpose plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yGRWgmQX2l
When this is active there will be many row layouts available
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3f4QgdfCAr
Also there will be many more elements for page-building
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hCNDFhFxbXf
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it, also mention more details about what exactly you want to do and for what specific elements.
The blocks have predefined design, there should not be problems in how they display regardless of enabled or disabled module meta.
Thanks
Hi,
They seem to be displaying at the moment from what I can see on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/P21TBKFT2cDn
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BMkE97pIJ
Also the counter works properly as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YwnGV0s6
Thanks
Hi,
It clearly states the plugin is to be used with Visual composer (older versions). In the theme package only the latest version of Visual composer is provided. Unless you are using already an older version it will not work as stated in the plugin description. We have not tested this plugin with Visual composer, so I could not say if it works or not.
The tagDiv composer will not work with this plugin. These are different page builders, no relation between them except both being provided in the theme package.
Thanks
Hi,
Please configure the counter using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Enter all the necessary information in the required fields. Make sure the Facebook profile page is not restricted in any way, it should be public. Test the page in incognito browser mode to see if that is the case.
If there is still an issue, provide a link to your website so we can inspect the counter.
Thanks
Hi,
We can take a look as well, if you cannot use the composer properly. If the page was initially built with the tagDiv composer there should not be any problem.
You mention there are problems even on a new page as well. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information.
Note that we will most likely need to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, or you can try this before sending the email.
Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be article bottom ad, it seems it is not displayed for some reason. If the ad code is valid it should appear in the location it is set.
The theme works with standard Adsense ads, simply entering the ad code as provided in the theme panel.
You could take a look at some general advice or causes for black ads

Hi,
If you customized the socials in the child theme, then you might need to modify and adapt the customization. The socials have changed since the latest update, there were changes to the classes used as well.
Depending on what you want to do with them you will have to make modifications in the child theme customization. Use the inspector to identify what has changed regarding the socials
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FtVF9f6w8PE
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Note that there are many styles available for the socials in the theme panel, you might not need modifications
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XlRvuvBl
The twitter button was removed from the theme, since it does not display a counter anymore for a while now.
Thanks
Hi,
@admin_kh First check the theme system status as instructed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed, according to the guide.
Check the PHP version, the theme is tested with versions up to 7.1 higher versions can create issues.
Additionally deactivate all plugins except theme plugins as a quick test, check if this has any effect.
Use the browser inspector console to spot errors while saving the panel settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VLAPJ6f8D
In some cases the server firewall or security configuration denied the theme request, causing the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
We have tested the theme with this amp plugin only
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/
It works with that plugin, we plan however to implement amp support by default within the mobile theme plugin provided in the theme package. This may happen as soon as the next update, I could not say for sure.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme should create thumbnails automatically as soon as a featured image is set for the post
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
No need to regenerate after each post. That would not be a solution. Please provide a link to your website and we will check if the thumbnails are not created properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website and I will try to give you a solution to display the top menu, on mobile. Note that the mobile theme must not be active, this will not be possible if it is.
Thanks
Hi,
The background will be full width is you stretch the row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HNUN8wcUo
Rows have to be stretched in order to be full width.
Thanks

Hi,
Buttons can be added in the multi-purpose header styles
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zbhflFk9z
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Tx4XW0gs1oR3
But they can only lead to a set URL, not display a random post page. You could set it to lead to a page where you show anything you like for example.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use Adsense ads in the sidebar then it is not recommended to use the smart sidebar feature according to Google policies
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aztyvtdGZCiU
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en
This could potentially be a Adsense violation, and you may suffer penalties. Disable the sticky sidebar or remove the ad.
The option in the theme panel can only be disabled or enabled, you cannot set it for only some sidebars and not for others. Only on pages you can specifically create sticky sidebars as you want using a custom row class, as mentioned in the guide.
Thanks
Hi,
WordPress changed the implementation of the post content images and captions, this conflicted with a theme condition. We fixed the issue after the 4.9 WordPress version, in a theme update (I believe 8.2).
Since you are using an older version of the theme the issue is not fixed. A solution would be to manually make a small modification in the theme stylesheet here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jJb8vt27l1B
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FC97CyfZ53
Then the image will be displayed properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aJwbsHTc03
Or consider updating the theme to the latest version
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Hi,
The child theme is not related to the demos. It can be installed and used when you think it is necessary to use one. It is provided in the main theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
So use one only if you plan to make consistent modifications of the theme. Other than that you can use the custom code sections in the theme panel for minor customization.
Installing a demo will import the demo content, theme panel settings and custom demo design.
Thanks
Hi,
This is unusual, for some reason the mobile menu and background are set to hidden, they are no visible while being there. This could be caused by a plugin conflict, the mobile theme is affected by caching plugins in some cases. I see you are using the rocket plugin, this could the one responsible. You could test that by deactivating it and clear the cache.
I could give you a code solution to make the menu visible and the search icon
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wVXpfZeiU
But other issues may happen in the future. This is the code for this, enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS if you decide to use it
#td-mobile-nav,
.td-menu-background {
visibility: visible!important;
}
@media (max-width: 767px) {
#td-header-search-button {
display: block;
}}
The theme does not have a search option like that, the only search would be the one implemented in the modal
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gEm8RbuHuu
This could only be achieved through a search plugin maybe, or manual implementation in the theme code and files.
Thanks
Hi,
But the sliders are of the same size, no need to do anything in the matter. The slider is imported with the exact same settings as the demo slider. There is no difference between them, they have the same width (full) and height
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xGJSORg7Y
Sorry but I don’t understand what differences of size you are referring to. If you could provide some more details about them it would be very helpful.
Thanks
Hi,
You could set pagination for the blocks used on the page
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Or use the Latest articles page template, which will display latest articles by default, with pagination on the bottom of the page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hf1uah11
However on the second page when paginated latest articles is used, only the continuation of the posts will be displayed not the whole page.
Thanks
Hi,
That message should not prevent you from making modifications to the pages. In some cases it appears when backend changes are made to the page. But you should be able to edit the page and make the changes you want.
Also check the theme system status as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide, if needed. Then test to see if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
1. If you use the default WordPress comments, all the settings are here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/E3KgoeF3
There you can set the comment settings you wish, what users have to provide in order to be able to leave a comment.
2. Check the theme translation options, that text can be changed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3dp1KXtH
3. Breadcrumbs can only be disabled for the whole website, not only on pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/breadcrumbs/
Thanks
Hi,
Icons cannot be imported to be used in the composer elements, at the moment. Indeed there are no numeric icons to select. However there might be more icons added in a future update if it becomes a popular request. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
You could use the call to action element, choose a row layout as you think best
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rNg9hjhm4e
If you want to make some changes to the spacing, you can use the CSS tab of the elements. Add negative margins to each of the elements like in this example to drag them closer to each other
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PMIdpAzze1
The rows can have borders or backgrounds set if needed, for styling
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1WTdvkxdotMU
Thanks
