Hi,
You can use the browser inspector to identify the elements on the page and their classes, and create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
In this example I have set an inner shadow for the modules inside a big grid (there are multiple shadow examples or generators online)

Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website and the menu, but there is no problem with the third level menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Pf9aL9Vl0no8
– https://www.screencast.com/t/K8csDBOYcce
The menu items do not disappear when hovered. That could have been caused by the custom color modifications made to the menu links
– https://www.screencast.com/t/825RDfOzqh
But the issue seems to be solved at the moment.
Thanks

Hi,
The theme width itself is fixed, it cannot be changed on the whole website. It is predefined in the theme’s stylesheet. You could set a background image or color if you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
In pages built with the tagDiv composer there are options to stretch the rows containing the elements for full width results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hUxCDDtBqODW
There are also Full big grids available
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Header and Footer elements can stretched as well if needed

Hi,
I believe there was an issue with the Visual composer that caused this issue. They fixed it in the 5.2.1 version however
– https://www.screencast.com/t/z17DqLG33
This version is provided in the latest theme package.
Thanks
Hi,
The parameters seem to be set properly. The changes must be made either in the htacess file or the php.ini file.
Please try to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins as a test. Then clear any caching installed. It could be a plugin conflict, this way you can determine if a plugin is to blame.
Check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel sections, or added to the theme files. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme and see if this has any effect.
Also try deactivating and deleting the tagDiv composer plugin, then install it again from the theme package.
If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
The global setting affects the Related articles section in the post page. The template can be changed for blocks individually when building pages with the composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7livJ7jciH
There is no specific setting that would allow a particular block template to be set for those sections of the post only. The process is automatic and applies the block header style set in the theme panel globally.
Thanks
Hi,
That happens when the thumbnail required for the module is not enabled. Please enable the thumbnail sizes in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Hi,
The category description is displayed above the top grid, on the category pages
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/tagdiv-fashion/
There is no option to move the location of the category description in the theme. The category page customization can be made through the theme panel, using the available options
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
Thanks
Hi,
In Newspaper 8 the tagDiv composer was introduced, this plugin will automatically activate itself when the theme is updated or installed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
In some cases this editor can affect the elements on the page created with Visual composer.
After making the update, please go to your plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer, then check if there still is a problem.
Thanks

Hi,
The video already fits the whole area, based on the theme full width. This is the full available width for the featured video
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DRoJXqbpmceu
The black area is simply a background color for the video, the video itself cannot stretch outside it’s container.
Thanks
Hi,
For the moment there is no specific option to change the font properties for the font logo. It will be available in future updates. There is a solution provided in this topic, to change it manually

Hi,
There seems to be a problem with the thumbnails, they are not created properly. Please use this guide to regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
And also take note of the requirements for the server, GD library needs to be installed for image processing. You can contact your hosting provider and check.

Hi,
If you use Visual composer, please go to your plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Visual composer and tagDiv composer have a different implementation for single images, these elements will not work properly when both editors are active.
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
Thanks

That would require you to modify the theme files. This is the file where you could remove the socials and login displayed in the mobile menu

Comment or remove the code responsible and check the results.
Thanks
Hi,
It could be an Edge issue, in my tests at the moment it is not happening while browsing the website, and I have browsed it for a while. I have found some similar issues online with images not loading properly on Edge, but no definite cause for it.
I couldn’t say what is causing the problem, and what would be the solution. It may be a general Edge issue.
Thanks
