Hi,
The blocks do not have the capability to filter posts by taxonomy at the moment, only by category. To control the custom post displayed you could do it only by specifying the post Id in the filter, but that may not be a solution
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gWPwILX2
If you want to try and implement this you could follow these topics
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/filter-blocks-by-custom-taxonomies/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-taxonomy-filter-in-block-filter-settings/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/custom-taxonomy-or-custom-query-for-newspaper-blocks/
Hopefully this will be available soon in the theme by default, but I could not give you an exact timeline.
Thanks
Hi,
The sidebar is not related to the post itself. It will display content according to your widget configuration. You can create any number of sidebars.
So if you want to have a certain sidebar on a post simply create it and set it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NDw78PF3GO
Or control the sidebars displayed with a primary category. Specify a primary category for posts, and then all the posts from that category will display the sidebar set in the category settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SBBVRUVw18D
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zaj0H8jyh
More information about primary categories here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
On the bottom of the posts there is a Related articles section, that shows posts related by category or tag
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
There is also the more articles section, that displays related posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/more-articles-box/
Thanks
Hi,
You can search for plugins that have the option to share on Instagram. We cannot make any recommendations because we have not tested such plugins, so we cannot say which would be the one you have to install.
Simply search online for sharing plugins, or maybe other implementations related to adding a Instagram sharing option.
Thanks

Hi,
I believe you might have updated the Visual composer editor. There are many similar topics on the forum. The currently included in the theme package and compatible plugin version is version 5.1.1. It is strongly not recommend to update the editor (option available for purchased plugin licence) before it is officially supported.
When Visual composer receives an update it will first be tested with the theme and then included in the package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-update-21/
What you can try is to deactivate and delete the updated Visual composer plugin, and install the one provided with the theme.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website and more details about what is the problem. A background ad can be set like this if that is what you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ads/
Thanks
Hi,
I could not say exactly if or when such a feature will be available. We intend to add more options with each update, and also take into account user suggestions and recommendations. This list is increasing daily, and it is hard to decide what gets implemented as soon as possible, and what gets delayed.
We will just have to wait and see what will happen.
Thanks
Hi,
@Lybecker First try to deactivate all plugins except the ones provided in the theme, clear any caching installed and try again both methods, if necessary.
If the theme cannot be activated, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
That is a mega-menu and can be achieved like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Simply select a menu item that does not have sub-menus, and use the option to make it a mega-menu, by assigning it a parent category as specified.

Hi,
The Latest articles section comes from the selected page template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xLMjQTGH
It can be deactivated by selecting a different page template in the page attributes settings, or customized
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
You can edit the homepage and add any element you want from the available ones, using the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
To achieve something like that you can add blocks for example, and filter theme to display any number of posts from the categories you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Here you can see how all the blocks look in different layout settings (use the block selection on the right)

Hi,
1. The Font properties of the post content elements can be changed in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FBCApbY6G
More information about font customization here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
2. On the posts these are the only sharing options available eat the moment (top and bottom of posts)
If you need something more advanced, maybe you could search for a plugin that may have additional options.
Thanks
Hi,
It could be possible for this to happen in future theme updates, but I could not give you an exact timeline. I believe there are free plugins that you could try and add this social on your website, in the meantime.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme uses the default user role capabilities of WordPress
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities
The author has the option to add a new post and set featured image or video. Just make sure you set it correctly, and everything should work as intended
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry, I did not take that into account. Then it would be best if you use a code like this
.td-header-wrap {
margin-top: 150px;
}
The space created should give the possibility to click the background ad.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that on a fresh installed theme, using only the plugins included in the theme package this is not happening. Something else might be causing the issue. We have to identify what that is, by following some steps.
Usually plugins or modifications to the theme are causing issues, and it is in everybody’s interest to get to the bottom of the problem as soon as possible.
You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
If you mean the front-end option of Visual composer, this is disabled in plugin version provided with the theme.
In most cases installing the plugin version from the theme package provides a fix for this issue. It is strongly recommended not to update the Visual composer plugin directly from the author if available, before supported officially. We test Visual composer properly before including it in the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If installing the 5.1.1 version from the theme bundle is not fixing the issue, I don’t have a definitive solution at the moment. Try updating the affected pages, and clear all caching installed.
Thanks

Hi,
I will pass these suggestions along to the developer theme. But please take into consideration that the list of suggestions and recommendations is very big, so there cannot be any promises made. Each has to be reviewed and decided as to when it may be viable to implement.
Thank you!
Hi,
I do not see any problem with the sidebar on your posts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AV5NmMYy
That could only happen if you made modification to the theme files directly or used custom code. That is the cause in most cases. Or maybe some incompatible plugins or widgets.
Please note that if you reply in your own topic after the first message, it will place the topic at the end of the line.
We answer from oldest to newest, and try our best to reply as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no option do to that by default. You could try to modify the value here (in seconds) and see if it works properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4Cvojdul
The default Popular 7 day sorting sorting will work if you have the post views active and working in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DsnjhZcs
And this option is active
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
Thanks
Hi,
Please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS, and it should fix this issue

}

Hi,
From what I can see at the moment, the sidebar ad is displayed properly

Hi,
The Header style that you choose and the logo, will be displayed on the whole website. There cannot be two headers or more, only one is possible.
You could use the single image element on pages. This has the option to enter the image you want and control the height
– https://www.screencast.com/t/reF0h0YiUe
The rows have the option to stretch them with content, so you can achieve a full width image on the page

Hi,
I don’t know how the image titles could affect SEO performance, but unfortunately there is no theme option to remove that attribute without physically removing it of for each image.
You could search online for code solutions or plugins that could do that dynamically. Like this topic for example
– https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/6135/remove-title-attribute-from-images
Thanks
Hi,
If you installed the previous version that worked before, it should work now as well, if no other changes were made.
However, maybe you should consider updating the theme and the bundled plugins to the latest version. And also WordPress.
If you decide to do it, here is a useful guide with theme update information
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The FTP method is recommended in this matter. Before making the update, please make a backup as mentioned in the guide, just to be safe.
Thanks
