Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard.
Then create a new page and check if the problem is solved. You could also deactivate all your plugins except the tagDiv composer and test again.
Please let us know if the problem is still present.

Thanks

Hi,

The theme has a feature that would allow you to export all the settings made in the theme panel, then import them at the new location
https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
It may require to activate the theme at the new location as well. There should be no problem in this regard.

Thanks

Hi,

I have inspected your website, but the post title is displayed in the article page

Hi,

At the moment there is mo option to add more shortcodes in tagDiv composer. Please note that more options and elements will be added to the tagDiv composer in future updates.
I could not say if something like this will be available in the next update, but it is a possibility in later updates.

Thanks

Hi,

I believe this is the one that you could try
https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/
The specific post template ads that you mention and are available in the theme panel, can be seen here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/
There are also three options in the theme for placement inside the post page
https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
You can use Adsense or your own ad implementation
https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
If you require more options regarding ad placement or settings, you could try and use the mentioned plugin.

Hi,

I could give you a code to center the header logo, in Header style 3. Or you could choose another header style that displays the logo centered from default. Like Header style 10 for example
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
Also worth mentioning is that for Header style 3 there is a limit for the logo size
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
While styles 9, 10 and 11 do not have a required logo size. You can upload any logo you want, and it will be displayed in full.
If you would like to keep using style 3, this code will center the logo
https://www.screencast.com/t/R3UOo7YQRK

.td-header-style-3 .td-header-sp-recs {
display: none;
}
.td-header-style-3 .td-header-sp-logo {
float :none;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}

The code must be entered in Theme panel-Custom CSS, if you decide to use it

Hi,

If you updated the theme, please go to the plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer. This is activated by default when the theme is updated to the latest version, or installed for the first time
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Everything should display like before the update, after that. Having both editors active could lead to some Visual composer elements or settings not functioning properly. Editing Visual composer pages with the tagDiv composer is not recommended as well.
It is always best to make full backups before updating themes, as mentioned here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
This is useful in case something goes wrong.

Thanks

Hi,

Please go to your plugins folder and deactivate the tagDiv composer. This editor is activated by default, and in some cases when Visual composer is active as well, it could result in issues with Visual composer elements.
Try deactivating the tagDiv composer, and everything should display as it was before. Maybe clear your cache if you have any installed.

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you, if needed. They might have a recommended method in this regard.
This will ensure the best functionality of the theme and the plugins.
If the single image element is still not working properly, deactivate all your other plugins except tagDiv composer, create a new page and test again.
Please let us know if you still have problems.

Hi,

You could disable directory browsing according to this guide
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/disable-directory-browsing-wordpress/
Or you could submit a URL removal request via Google Webmaster Tools
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en
Then maybe submit a re-crawl request from Google

Hi,

The option you mention has to be activated if you are using a caching plugin, to ensure best results
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Be sure to clear the cache after enabling this option.
If you do not have any caching installed, there is no need for this option. The view count on the post pages should work properly. Just make sure the post views are enabled in the theme panel

Hi,

You can try it and see if it works for you. Follow the plugin instructions and check the results. It could require modifications to the post template files. These are found in the main theme folder
https://www.screencast.com/t/6LxMtUXQ
We have not tested this plugin with the theme, but you can install it and see if it is working properly. Alternatively you could search for other plugins that have the options you need and try them as well, if this one is not working fully.

Hi,

The social counter seems to be working properly at the moment

Please note that there may be some delay for the data to synchronize, but if the counter is configured properly the results should be accurate

Hi,

You will have to edit the mentioned file, and insert your condition there like previously mentioned in this topic
https://www.screencast.com/t/SuDczRp03x
Example for the category “Travel”

Hi,

It could be caused by a caching plugin, or maybe a security plugin. Maybe these similar topics can provide some information

Hi,

That is a weird issue indeed. I have inspected your website and browsed it for a while. From what I ca see so far, the problem is not happening anymore. The posts pages are not refreshing constantly at the moment.
The page is loaded properly and does not reload after that

Hi,

I have tested the code you mention, and it is working properly
https://www.screencast.com/t/ybBheu5Z3Q
It only removes the More from author section, not the related articles as well. Maybe you are not entering the code correctly, or there is another code that causes the issue.
If you could provide a link to your website I will try and identify why this is happening.
Or you could try to remove or comment the code from this file

Hi,

The homepage seems to be empty, there is no page structure and content except a registration message
https://www.screencast.com/t/ohg8Thquasp
A suggestion would be to first check the theme system status, and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, (uninstall the demo if it appears installed) and install the demo again.
The demo install process should go without any issues
https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Please let us know if you still have problems installing a demo.

Hi,

The ad that you are using has this size from what I can see
https://www.screencast.com/t/ClLIwfOB
And that is how it is displayed by the theme. I believe the ad code you are using is not of the size you need.
Maybe you need to create a different ad with the size you want
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/6002621?hl=en
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/6002575?hl=en
Create the ad with the size you want and then enter it in the theme panel section that you want, and is suited to display that particular ad size.

Hi,

That is how the slider displays, on a full row layout
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
You could use the Big grid slider instead, if you consider this to be better for the purpose. This element displays 4 posts

Hi,

It should not be complicated. If the theme version displayed is still the old one, then you did not update the theme fully or properly. The simplest way of updating or installing the theme is by FTP
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
You can also do it with WordPress
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
You could consider making a backup before if needed, just to be safe.
More information about the theme update process here

Hi,

Each block can display pages instead of posts, if that is what you want. You just have to specify this in the block settings

Hi,

If you do not have any plugins on the new install, that could be affecting the image, then that is the way the thumbnail should be displayed in the first place.
Maybe the images are different on the first website that you provided. You might have made there some image optimization, or installed plugins in this matter.
That could be the case, if there is a difference between the image quality. The theme does not affect the image quality, the thumbs will simply be created from the featured images yo use.
Please check the installed plugins on the website where the images are clearer, or maybe the image optimizations made there.

Thanks
