Hi,
You could just try and add them in the mo file like I did, and they will be displayed. That method should work and maybe it would be easier to do. Try and add the missing translations manually and see the result.
Thanks
Hi,
I have checked the website on Firefox and for me it is not happening. The site is loading very fast with no issue what so ever.
You seem to have fixed the background issue, maybe it was just a missing class from the page container or wrap. It is best before updating the theme to test existing child themes with the new update. Some elements from the theme may not be the same after the update.
Thanks
Hi,
Common shortcodes will still work properly in the future. Like for an Ad box like you mention, you can keep using the code like you are doing now.
Thanks
Hi,
If your page is created in Visual composer you should continue to use that editor only for the page. Please do not mix the editors together on the same page, it could provide unexpected results. However you should consider recreating your page with the new page editor, it would be more future proof.
Try downloading the theme package again and install the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then activate the theme. It should work properly now.
Thanks
Hi,
I suggested that you simply deactivate the plugins, then make a test post to see if the thumbnail is generated properly. Something is wrong with the thumbnail on your website, they are not created as it should. As shown in my test with one of your images, this is how the thumbnail should look – https://www.screencast.com/t/6rQghyAtNhc
Maybe a plugin is interfering with this, that is why I suggested to test while having only the mentioned plugins active.
Also maybe you could try this tool to regenerate the thumbnails again

If you cannot manage to solve this issue, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks
Hi,
Please download the theme package again, and install the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
The try to activate it again. It should work properly.
Thanks
Hi,
The top grid displayed on mobile picks posts from the Featured category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Please add posts to that category and they will be displayed in the homepage on mobile.
More information about how the mobile theme works here

Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and CDN files as well. Then update the theme again using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Now check to see if you can access the posts properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check your page in the editor and see if this is present in the page structure, above the Big grids. There you will properly be able to remove this text.
Thanks
Hi,
Try removing the news ticker form the page, then add it again and make no other modification to it, remove any custom code you might have regarding it. Then clear any caching installed. This element should not display like that, with that empty space. This is how it should look
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to work properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/N5uQN3Omu
Just make sure you write it correctly
.single .td-post-views {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
You will not loose your homepage and content when updating the theme. Here you can find useful information and advice to guide you through the update process
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
It is recommended to make a full backup, just to be safe.
Thanks
Hi,
That should not happen. Please check your page in Visual composer and see if everything is like it should, and make modification if needed. Then simply update the theme and everything should remain the same. If not check the page with problems in Visual composer again and inspect it.
Thanks
Hi,
1. This is probably just a temporary problem with the Envato server. You should simply wait for little while and try again to activate the theme.
2. Those are the steps you should take to try and solve the problem. Check the permissions on your upload folder as suggested. More information here
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
The second step is to make modifications to these parameters if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The last step if you have made all the above mentioned changes and the result is the same, is to contact us at the mentioned email address and provide all the necessary information (admin login, FTP access). Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks

Hi,
I have inspected your website but the issue is not present at the moment from what I can see – https://www.screencast.com/t/Jypa1jBqq
For the background issue it could be the child them that is causing this. Try switching to the main theme as a test, clear your cache and check if this has any effect.
Thanks
Hi,
I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the regenerate plugin. Then try creating a test post and add a featured image to it. Then check to see if the proper thumbnail is displayed on a test page with a block. If it is not, try to regenerate just that thumbnail in the media library – https://www.screencast.com/t/hlBsY1d46h46 and check again.
Thanks
Hi,
The view count needs to be enabled in the theme panel in order for the feature to work. You could try to simply hide the view count on the post page for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/98lGmX81Ad7
There could be a way to achieve that with the jetpack plugin. You will just have to search for solutions online and maybe see if it is possible and how. Like this topic for instance

Hi,
Regarding the background ad not working properly, there was a problem with this feature in the previous theme version. Please update your theme to the latest version, because this issue is fixed now, and it should work properly

Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
If you would like to keep the current header style, this could only be achieved by editing the header template file from the theme folder. It would be basically like having two logos. Here you can find the theme header templates
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sD2OvzAWcEF
You could try maybe something as simple as just inserting the link like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/r5MCfSN2
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ze52mUshX
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can tell you are not setting a featured image for your posts. This is needed for the theme to create the proper thumbs to display on the modules. For example I have used one of your images for a post as featured image. This is the way it displays on the same module you are using
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rZXzmYAg
This is the way the theme crops the featured images to create best results in most cases.
Thanks
Hi,
After inspecting the website, at the moment it seems to be loading very fast
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CfUTKlls3ct6
The homepage, post page and category pages seem to load properly. Please follow the suggestions mentioned in the speed optimization guide to further improve loading speed. Also install the recommended caching plugin with the specified configuration. After you take these steps there should be a noticeable improvement.
Thanks
Hi,
That particular smart list style uses thumbnail size for the images displayed. Other smart list templates have different styles and display images differently, that may be be more suited for your purpose. These styles are predefined in the theme, and at the moment you can only choose from the available ones. Maybe more styles will be made available in future updates but I could not say for sure when this will happen.
The images when clicked will open in a lightbox, there is no option to disable the lightbox in the smart lists. You could however cancel this effect with a code like this
.td-slide-smart-list-figure {
pointer-events: none;
}
If you enter this code in Theme panel->Custom Css nothing will happen when the image is clicked in the smart list.
Thanks
