The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I would recommend you to take a look at tagDiv Composer option and edit the ROW because I think it should work faster and fulfill your needs.

As mentioned above, the only options available are the ones you can already find. Personally I think it would be easier to resize your images than custom coding because the coding must be done properly in order to not be gone when updating.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and correct me if i’m wrong but there are more than 100.000 users of this product. It is hard to believe that this is a theme issue if this does not happen on our end and other users.

You can use google confidential if you want to make sure that your credentials only get to us. Unfortunately without the ability to inspect we cannot do to much.
