I think that since the brand account is inside your account you should be able to use the same API, that would make sense. Can you test and see if this works ? Unfortunately I have no brand accounts available to test this on my side.

I have tested your reports but none of them seem to be happening on our end.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Let us know the results.
