1. By editing the template using tagDiv composer you are able to set your Column to be sticky as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxwvt1PY
2. Also in order to use widgets you can create your widgets in Appearance – Widgets and by using the Widget element you can import them into your template as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OH75aCGedm9
3. Unfortunately you will have to import a cloud library template. Please make sure you imported the right one, i have just tested and they are the same.
4. You can achieve that by using the image box element from tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/VtL2qqdeBqQG
5. At the moment only the blocks and elements can be saved, you cannot save an entire row / column.

The WOFF files are the fonts used by your page. You can disable the google fonts from Theme panel and use only one or two fonts, this will reduce the number of fonts used: https://www.screencast.com/t/u52sLVhBVS

The option to edit templates should be done by your customer. This theme has been built in such way that customers can edit their own layout.
