By going in Theme Panel – Blocks Settings -Thumbs you will be able to see What sizes each block uses. By inspecting your website you will be able to see what blocks do you use. Then deactivate all the unused thumb sizes.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please note that page speed is not something that is given by the theme only. We do recommend using Newspaper without standard pack but this all takes a lot of work in optimizing your website to the maximum. We have users that have 100 page speed, 99, and so on.
