That option can be done using custom work by commenting the function but you will have to search it or hire a freelancer. This kind of modifications are not covered by the support team. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

As a shortcode you can do it by creating a new page and that page should only containt the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
