Hi,
You can use this method to add your font(you can add the code in the theme panel->custom css) but the problem with your code is the path for the file. You need to have an absolute url to the file in order for the custom font to be loaded by the theme. As an example, on my localhost, the absolute url will be this one:
http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/mycustomfont.woff2
You need to identify the exact path to your file and you can test if the path is correct when you use it in your browser. If the path is correct, then the browser should download the file: http://screencast.com/t/mOkkyg7Cx3X, ifg the URL is incorrect, the browser will return a 404 error.

If you want to target the li item, then you can use the class directly like so:

If you want to target the a link from the menu item you have to use it like so:

}

Unfortunately, we do not recommend changing position and size of the logo because you can break the layout. As you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ we have 12 type of header styles and the best way should be to change one of this for a better result because these are set and calibrate by default to a good look. If you want to the position and the size of your logo, you have to adjust these CSS values from this section -> http://screencast.com/t/P07dgRn7t4 For example, below I gave you an example to how you can change the size of your logo. Please try the code and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

For you second request, I suppose that you are referring to News ticker element (Trending Now). If you want to edit the text from this feature you have to use a CSS code.

2) Please enable your post date and author (if you do not want to show them you can hide them with css, not disable from the theme panel).
3)This is tied to your first issue. Follow the topic provided and add the code to redirect it to your homepage for example.
4) I’m not sure exactly what you mean but I assume you mean h1 or h2 tags on your homepage. If you do not add any titles to your page inside a h1 or h2 tag there won;t be any. You are the one that needs to set these titles in a text box and add the title in a h1 or h2. tyou can hide it with css if you do not want to show it.

Our theme uses a lot of predefined thumbnails in blocks and modules. If you check the Theme panel->Block settings area you can see the list with all dimensions of the thumbs wich is used in the theme and which elements -> blocks/modules uses -> http://screencast.com/t/tQuimSer9 If you want to exclude the cropping system wich you have to use the right dimension for your images.

Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. We use a WordPress function – add_image_size() – you can read about it here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size – and here – http://www.davidtan.org/wordpress-hard-crop-vs-soft-crop-difference-comparison-example/
Our theme crop (cut) thumbnails in some cases to avoid creating a lot of thumbnails in order to reduce to load more spaces on the server.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate.

Glad you solved the images. Hopefully they will display correctly. As for PHP 7, there might not be any errors at all or there could be lots of them. We are unsure as we have not tested our themes with it yet. You could try it out and run a few tests to see if everything is in order.
