Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have a documentation how you can achieve this step by step, but you can take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/practical-example-how-to-add-a-new-block-and-module/
Hope that helps you somehow!
Thank you!
Just for the record, here’s all the content that appeared on my home page during the trouble:
[td_block_big_grid_1 tdc_css=”” category_ids=”6″]
[td_block_4 custom_title=”News from eBooks.com” header_color=”#dd3333″ category_id=”” limit=”8″ ajax_pagination=”infinite” ajax_pagination_infinite_stop=”2″ m2_el=”60″ category_ids=”-6, -224″ show_modified_date=”yes” m2_tl=”40″]
Single related posts block is missing in TD Composer. But can be easily found in imported templates from Library.
I am have tried swapping the Block 16 settings to ‘pagination – next / prev ajax’ and used ‘offset posts 10’. I’m using WPBakery Page Builder to put the page together. The page has ‘unique articles’ enabled. Articles are still repeating.
mode edit page. me add block text with title and click edit content by wp editor load all time not end?
i send user admin to contact@tagdiv.com
The theme was automatically uninstalled and when we installed back, the modules/blocks are missing. Please advise.
Hello,
You can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/FBflrtczp4a, scroll til to that block and select the title/block => https://www.screencast.com/t/sGnSp5OwfME
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi, on this page of my website: https://www.buttonwoodmarketing.com/archive-news/ I have Block 16 set to Infinite Load. If you scroll down the page the Block keeps repeating posts, instead of loading all the posts just once and then stopping. All posts are assigned to just one category and also the page has ‘unique articles’ enabled.
How can I get the posts to show just once?
Hello,
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The mobile theme plugin uses a standard layout for mobile to make it faster, but for this, all your pages need to be remade using the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes (blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work)).

Hello,
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-11-team-member-block-image/#post-405681
Thank you for your understanding!
Hey there!
We are having an issue after the update to the newer version of the Newspaper theme, which is only displaying is the post page of the backend and on the single post edit page.
I am providing you with a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/MpO0fxl
The error displays the following:

Hello!
This issue has been discussed here, please check maybe it could help you: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/custom-taxonomy-or-custom-query-for-newspaper-blocks/
Thank you!
My site allows random users to submit content, which is stored in the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables. We’re not creating WordPress accounts for these readers, so we store the name they give us as pen_name in the postmeta table. On a post page we’re retrieving the pen_name from the postmeta table and linking it to the authors page (a cloud template). This cloud template uses the Flex Block 1 module to display posts.
While looking at this block I see that there are options under Filter > Category Filter, we’re using the Author - Current Author option. I’m looking through the theme code and I see that option comes from here:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php (lines 2155 - 2187
and is implemented here:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php (lines 191-208)
What I’d like to find out is if there’s a way for me to inject a new option into that list, one that I would write myself. I’ve already written two new blocks, so I’m a little familiar with your API. I just don’t know if this is possible.
I have newspaper theme. I was recently making some edits to the front page. The page is http://www.znsbahamas.com.
If you scroll down to where the header says “BAHAMAS TONIGHT TOP STORIES”
Below that it says “LATEST STORIES” i cannot access that block to edit or delete. Can anyone provide some guidance on how I can achieve this?
Hello!
I tried this, and the text is still blocky.
Could something be wrong with the code?
Hi,
I am trying to select a template on the homepage for a block(19) but it is only applying one row instead of two

This is for reference
kindly solve the issue
Hi,
Just to be clear and avoid misduerstandings, what preloading are you referring to? For what elements and how exactly are you planning to preload them, or what option are you referring to?
Preloading or prioritizing the content above the fold is indeed useful. The blocks have an option for preloading the posts they display – https://i.imgur.com/3DpX6Mz.png That is available for blocks and per block only however, not the whole page or other elements from the page.
Preloading posts in a block means they will be displayed faster when using the ajax menu filter, as they are already loaded on page load. Opposed to using the ajax menu and waiting a little for the posts to load.
The relatively new CSS analyzer tool we added a few updates ago also helps, with the CSS. It will split and load the critical CSS first, and the rest will be loaded in the footer.
Preload capabilities are usually provided by optimization plugins or caching plugins, for example – https://onlinemediamasters.com/preload-key-requests-wordpress/ Some have options to preload specific resources and URLs. The theme has no actual general preload option/setting for a website.
These being said, how exactly could we help in the matter? Let me know.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, please make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict, also, maybe you have a security module that blocks this, as an object cache on the host.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi, is there a way that we can lock the global header and block certain users from editing the footer?
We have many problems with especially new users to understand, that they can edit the footer from every page.
Problems occur especially here:
Header:
– New users have problems understanding that if you use an individual header on a page, that if you select it in the checkbox it will be made “global”
– New users have problems understanding that they don’t have to select “import-Header” to select this header.
Footer:
– it is very confusing, that we can not edit the footer in the cloud templates once it is created. We would love a possibility to edit the header ONLY in the cloud template – therefore it will be more secure for accidents happening on sub-pages. Is there any way to block the footer from being edited?
Thanks for your response.
Hello,
It looks like you have activated the mobile theme plugin.
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Unfortunately, there is a big difference between version v7.2to version 11.
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Also, for example, the breadcrumbs appear on the category page https://www.screencast.com/t/B4UJQhVko
For grids and colors I’m not sure I fully understand your issue, can provide some screenshots of what should look like or what colors should be applied.
Thank you!
Hello!
IT looks like there is a font that is blocked and not loading. Please try to remove and reinstall tagDiv Composer.

Hi Vlad
The answer is a little short, although I understand that the best option is “default”. I was hoping for a link to documentation on the subject specifying different choices.
I tell you an example, so you can understand which is better. The first rendering is what matters to me. If you look at this url https://www.trebol-apuestas.com/blackjack/ there are several elements that I want to preload the block with the different bookmakers, that is why I add the option “Preload All”. This is a flex block with six elements and “I think” it makes it faster that way in this example, as it prioritizes the loading of the visible elements. And in this case the top image “Inline single image” is also an element that I would like to be prioritized when loading and not have the Lazy Load option. What can be done in this case with images that appear at the beginning to optimize the load. I leave you this video so you can see the aspect in TagDiv. https://www.loom.com/share/77209f86d3df4342be06b20c408ed16b
Hello!
DOMs are all the elements you have on you page. Blocks, ads, everything, if your page is too loaded this error will show up.
Thank you!
Hi,
I am unable to find my newly uploaded posts under the block defined by me using the category filter ever since I have updated to version 11. However, I can see them under some sections/blocks (eg. Most Popular, Most Read, etc.) on the website. Version 11 really sucks. There are many more issues I am facing after the update to which I will come in another thread. Please help.

Hi, Mark!
You are right! I had widgets with adsense blocks and they are all gone! 🙁 This is a huge problem… I hope they resolve this as soon as possible
