I am having issues adding pre-made blocks, it appears that there is a pop-up that is hidden behind the initial popup so you cannot press yes to insert. When I close out of the first pop up the 2nd box disappears too.

Have you tried to test using only theme plugins?
Also, is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error when you try to search, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I did hit the reply button to Ricky, but it also relates to our convo.
My comments relate to the big flex blocks you mentioned above. It does have horizontal scrolling, but only on the bottom row of that block set. I don’t want the third row to only scroll.
Although I must say this is a nice feature, I only want one row with scrolling content… sort of like a slider – but more for content based posts and articles.

I actually just stumbled upon this as it displays something different in the tagdiv composer compared to the live mobile test environment.
I have used Block 15 with Padding x10 on each side, although it seems to just right right left/right sides.
When I view this on tagdiv composer – mobile option, the content aligns stacked (yuk haha)… but when I view on my live test environment on my actual mobile… the content is displayed in two beautiful columns.
I’m going through my customcss but I can’t see anything, nor have I added custom class to the element.
Has there been any update on this question? We have an author who needs to modify his posts, and have them be listed first in the post order for a mega menu item.
It would seem to be a one line edit to change from get_published_time to get_modified_time, but I am unclear where that would need to happen for the mega-menu. Every other block on our site is customizable to order by modification date – why can the mega-menu be made to match?

First of all thanks for creating such kind of a great theme. It’s really amazing. I have encountered two problems while customizing the theme:
1. I have added categories and pages to my main menu and customized the menu colors. Menu colors are being shown in pages as I have customized (Red) but whenever I go to any category page main menu colors are getting back to their default colors (Blue in this case). I tried to fix it from Tagdiv Composer on the Category template, but everything looks fine there. Here are the images regarding the problem:

I am familiar with the tutorial you show, but then if you try to edit that PAGE after setting it with a specific header, with WordPress editor you get all the TD Composer code in the blocks.
Hi, I have a problem with the header block. I can not put the shadow behind because it is as if it were “full width”.
If i insert the shadow it puts it at full width and not boxed.
Also I have a problem with the ads background always for the same reason, it is as if the header were full width.
How can I solve?

how can I use the flex blocks on sidebar? I don’t want to use the standard pack plugin.
Actually I have “faked” the sidebar by using the flex block elements on the page/post templates (https://ibb.co/0sV4B7h). But the problem is, on this way I have to design this “faked sidebar” for all templates I’m using. It would be great if I can use simply the flex blocks on the design => widgets => sidebar.

Please provide the link to your website where you set the widgets.
Also, if you add them with tagDiv Composer, then you need to edit with tagDiv Compose, and set the style of the title block.

Well, the issue has been resolved because I shifted back to default Cloud Template which in use on behalf of the Newspaper theme for the website bet3.GR as its whole.
The issue was also found on sidebars indeed, but I applied different blocks shortcodes for recent articles, with the option of no photo.
To be honest, the main problem is photo structure: Photos have a different behaviour for logged-off visitors than logged-in users (I can provide you with credentials to watch from yourselves), that’s why I was initially wondering if it is a cache problem. I used paid extended version of WP Rocket plugin, but I recently read in the documentation of the theme that WP Super Cache plugin is recommended for this purpose, as it is the only 100% tested on the particular theme.
In a nutshell, the only problem is photos. I am currently trying not to display them on blocks or thumbnails. I am just wondering if this should be a more than temporary solution and I have to reject and deter from using some of the theme attributes and abilities.

I saw that the problem with the sidebar was solved.
Also, related to images on the block, if you mean that the image is not equal to the writing, it is because of the word lengths for the title and excerpt (some words are longer than others).

We have got feedback from hosting side. Here it is –
“At this time we have determined it is an issue with modsecurity for that domain(dailygpost.com). if I completely disabled mod security for this domain, the plugin works fine.
Our support team was unable to determine the single underlying issue but in order to continue, it will cost on demand hours to investigate. and there is no guarantee that they will find a better solution, it most likely has to do with the way the plugin interacts with the modsecurity.
Now the question is should I go for disable the feature?
Definition of Modsecurity : modsecurity is a tool that helps protect your website from external attacks. it detects and blocks unwanted intrusions to the site.

so There is a collision in between modesecurity and tagdiv plugin. If modsecurity is going off then there will be security issues which is not good at all.

Hi, when I change the border radius on Flex Block 2, it doesn’t apply to the meta info background box, only to to the image. I also tried adding a border from the row CSS settings and setting the radius through that, but it seems like the meta info box goes over it? How could I change the radius on the bottom left corner?

I updated our website to a newer version of the TagDiv composer sometime ago, but after the header was broken, I reverted to an older version. But after the composer stopped working recently, I unfortunately had to update and the problem I had occurred again. I addressed this issue before and it was not solved. So here is my question again:
I have set up all the header settings in the theme panel (h1-h6) with custom font sizes, however these settings are not being used after the update. For example: whenever I place a title block or a widget block on a page, it should use the default font size settings I have set up in the theme panel. An H3 and H4 block title should be 28px large. That’s not the case however. If I check the header in the browser inspector, I can see that it is overwritten by CSS as 17px. I have never added this to the theme panel or as a custom code, so I have no how this could happen. Also, I can not make manual changes to widget titles, for example. So changing all the header sizes manually is not an option!

for a few weeks now I have an issue when editing pages. I can’t edit text blocks and content blocks. It’s just endlessly loading:

Now I can’t even save pages anymore which is a huge problem. According to our plugin QueryMonitor the following 3 queries are also causing slow pageload. 2 of them are related to Newspaper:

I disabled all other plugins but the issue is still there so I think it’s related to the composer and cloud library.
