Calin, it works now on homepage blocks and categories with a shortcode image. On the menu not totally. I get a result with the shortcode brackets and a word in it: [abonnes]. See in Screenshots.

1)i am using the single post comments block, in the comment section there is an email and website field, is there any way to erase them?
2)i want to put the social icons from the mobile menu from the top to the bottom, and i want that the header stays on top of the mobile menu, is it possible?

When i want to add the GA en GTM tags i put the codes in the blocks and click on save. When i refresh the page, the codes are gone.

I tried to connect before, it works, however today…it does not work.
Vlad, I deactivated all pluygins except tagdiv ones and wpbakery one. I was able to delete that section. So this means one of the non-tagdiv plugins were conflicting/blocking my deletion attempt, correct? Is there a way to find out which one?
I uploaded the theme but it’s not showing like the demo. Did I do something wrong? What can I do to fix it?

My site is showing the demo differently. Like for instance under the the first block it says “Dont Miss in yellow” then the demo shows a few categories right beside dont miss thats in yellow. Well when I uploaded the theme all of my categories headings are not listing the subcategories just like the demo. How can I fix this?

Any news, independent from the category goes to featured part of the screen and also to the latest news, which is not necessary.

I just checked your mega menu from food and is seems that all the subcategories are displaying the same results when are selected, it is like these links for other subcategories are redirected to same category, I think that this is because you do not have set in category template a post loop and you have set a flex block, please edit the category page and replace the LATEST FOOD ARTICLES block (this is a flex block) with a posts loop element (only this element can adapt after each category) -> https://i.imgur.com/aWC4sr0.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/XhdJkWP.jpg

Hi, our theme is generating thumbs or each image in the moment that this is uploaded in media, therefore for each thumb enable in theme panel it will be generate a thumb and this will be crop to can fit with the thumb size, also you can use our guide from here to regenerate these thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

So if I understand correctly, the theme is no longer saving the settings for you and is in a continue loop when you are trying to save some settings in theme panel.
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

I have a few questions about thumbnail images being cropped out after the upload.
Question: Module 10, Why does the size of thumbnail have been changed and it generates the size of 436x300px ? The image I have uploaded is cropped some parts out. Please see Figure 3.

How to reproduce the error?
(1) Config the options of Block Setting > Thumbs on Module/Blocks. See figure 1.
(2) When I turn the “Retina” option on, the result thumbnail after the upload is not cropped out. Notice the URL of the uncropped image which has the size of 1000×746 px.
(3) But now, whenever I upload images on “Featured Image” option, every thumbnail image will be cropped out and generated the new size of 436×300 px.
The bottom line is I would like to have my thumbnail not being cropped out and generated the size of 436x300px (see figure 2).
Please advise on how to fix this.

Hi Calin,
Our webmaster looked into this and he found that there is a problem with the theme. The options provided don’t work.
He tried editing the file mentioned above, but it does no change to the related posts block.
He can still find a solution by modifying the theme files, but that is not a good solution. It will be reset when we update the theme.
We think you should fix the bug, and that’s the best thing which will also stay with future updates.
Please let us know your thoughts as soon as possible.

I should note the posts are published but do not show up in any of the category blocks including a page that shows all posts in the News category.
I am trying to edit my homepage using Tag Div Composer however, each time I add an element, the screen darkens (as if it’s loading the edit) but it doesn’t actually edit the page. Also, it won’t let me edit the blocks/delete the blocks. I’ve had this problem several times.

For some day now, the TD Composer has been frozen.
I can no longer work.
When I click to modify an element or a block, it takes 5 minutes before I can work.
Often everything is planted.
Note: I can browse the articles on the website without any problem. In the back office, I can modify the other elements without problem.
The problem is with TD Composer.
