I’ve been trying to figure this out but I can’t see a single module or block in the TagDiv composer that will let me set up just a plain old blog with the entire post text on the home page.
Here’s what I need:
Article title
Date
Author
Full text of article
REPEAT.
No need for featured image, etc.
Can you please help me find a block that will do this?
I just installed the Newspaper theme and using the TD composer for the first time. When I try to delete an element and click on “yes” in the “delete current element” message, I get the same message below the original. If I click “yes” in the new one, I get another box message.
I am working on a staging environment that doesn’t have an SSL certificate but I don’t think that would be the issue.

I had my site without Mobile Theme in cell phone view because I needed to show some modules that Mobile theme don’t show, or really I think don’t show. My problem with template view is because have some problems: one of them is the first grid module (Big Grid 1) is no responsive. In phone there are a scroll for to see it. The second problem is the extension of Blocks. If I have 14 posts in computer view, I need only 4 in cell phone view and I can see this is not possible with only Newspaper template.
But also in Mobile Theme the possibilities are less. Is it possible to include another section in the Mobile Theme? For example, I have a block with post authors that I would like to see on the home page.
This is my problem. The template view has responsive and long-term problems, while Mobile theme is very, very restricted.
Anyway, I would prefer to restrict the extensions of the Blocks to the view in the cell phone, and don’t use Mobile Theme. Is this possible?

I’m trying to build a new website based on default template of Newspaper theme.
Is there a way to build a homepage NOT with “Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination” page template? I don’t need those “latest articles + pagination” blocks.
The problem is that when I select a different page template (Pagebuilder + Overlay menu), the styles “td-main-content-wrap” disappear from the main page, which causes the header ad to appear on top of the page content.

This could be customized with padding settings, but I will occasionally have to disable the header ad, then turn it on again. I do not want to change the settings every time.
How can I make the main page without the bottom block, which will not have problems with the header ad?

1)You should check the setting from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/X5cpSju1rTT Also, if you will edit the page with TD Composer, you will see that for each block has an option that allows you to customize the fonts.
2)That post does not have a featured image and that’s why you will see that placeholder. You should edit the page with the composer and try to exclude that post by post ID filter. Also, you can provide your website URL for more investigations.

Please notice that our theme using the thumbnails and that’s why it creates more size of images. So, if you want to reduce them, you should turn off the unused blocks from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lhulD32mR You should load only the final version of your images which are optimized and the theme will not make another one for the same image which uses the same thumbnail, sorry!

This didn’t work for me with the header style 10, I changed the .td_block_template_6 into .td_block_template_10 trying to make it work.

thank to your replay I managed to debug this issue. The iframe is not loading at my side because my host website is on HTTPS and DailyMail does not support HTTPS yet. The iframe is blocked by the browser as mixed-content.

Is there any way to include page in composer block? I wanted to make custom block to list some selected pages, but if I filter by ID and try to include page ID then result is empty block. Is there any way to make it work or should I make articles instead of pages?

1)Do you have cleared all the caches before checking the results? Try to do this and see the results. Also, make sure that you are using right images as a size because the theme does not enlarge them, but only crop them.
2)As a quick solution, try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

Hi guys, can you help me with the following:
1. I want to change the color of the title of the posts on the homepage and category pages. At this moment, all the titles are black, but i want to change this. However i cant seem to find the right option set in the theme panel.

2. ive used the newspaper demo and it shows some blocks, which i can control easily. However slightly below this, it shows the latest articles of several categories, among which is a category with articles that have no featured image. This looks kinda weid and i want to change it, by excluding that category on the homepage. However i cant seem to find which block that is. Ive changed the filter of all the blocks on the home page in backend area, but this blog thing keeps popping up. I must be missing where i can filter that one. Can you help me?

1)Please notice that the Block Header Styles does not have any such a hover effect, sorry! If you want to have such an effect, you should use a bit of CSS code in order to achieve this. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The standard theme blocks were not tested in 4 columns. Only the multi-purpose elements will position properly in 4 columns Try the ‘flex block’ element.

If you added it custom, you will have to remove it.

1. The excerpts cannot accommodate images. You cannot show an image in the excerpt. A post needs a featured image added like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
2. If you want to add custom html in a different place, you will have to edit the theme php files. If you want to add the code to the footer copyright, you will have to place it in this file: https://www.screencast.com/t/cbiXNMOIl8E
3. The links are affected by the theme accent color. Change the accent color and all of the read more buttons, the scroll up icon as well as the links will change along with the option.
4.The blockquote seems changed on your site already. I think you are not clearing the cache after changing settings in the theme panel. If you use cache, you won;t see any change until you clear it.
