Thanks, Anamaria, for your response. I am using W3 Total Cache because it also provides lazy loading of images freely. Can you tell me if there is any option in the newspaper theme to enable this feature?
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
I hope this helps.

Thank you for understanding!
Hello @aroldomarmo !
Our developers tried to improve it more and more, optimize it as much as they could in every update, and also bring in new features.
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try to run the update of the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
If you have some custom modifications in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after every update.
Thank you!
Hello,
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, could be the mobile layout which contains fewer elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hi,
Usually when the mobile version appears on desktop is related to cache plugin. Most of the time it is used the mobile theme plugin (is no longer the responsive theme version) and for this it is need to use from the cache plugin the option for cache mobile vision to can deliver the correct version (as example if you are using WP Super Cache you need to use this option – https://i.imgur.com/6055D3I.png).
Thank you!
Hey
I have recently installed the tag div mobile plugin and purged the cache as well, but after doing all the necessary things, mobile pages and desktop pages are not working properly.
Here, I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
I’m trying to optimize my blog according to the previous guidelines.
I used WP Super Cache, I have a Cloudflare pro plan and followed the other recommended settings, but the score didn’t improve.
Can you help me?
The blog is manualdeorquidea.com
I’m from Brazil, my hosting is Hostinger cloud.
“Only this last message: basically, the mobile home that appears in the DIV compose when configured on the desktop is not published. On the desktop, it appears perfectly and responsive, but when I open it on mobile, another newspaper home appears I don’t understand why. Any changes I make on mobile while on the desktop don’t get published. I’ve already cleared the cache”
Hello @khan!
Please check this article: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try to run the update again.
Thank you!
excuse me Bettina,
I want all fonts of site Roboto but it never change:
in backend it is ok, in front end it is another (sans serif maybe?)
I changed manually all elements of tag div composer
I changed the manager in editing also
I de-activated plug-in e all cache
nothing change: out is “sans serif”…
at this point can you give me a css custom please?
Hello Leonardo!
This should be green if you select it: https://prnt.sc/IfEsHtzdEvrk
That’s all. Clear your cache and you can check your responsive version.
The responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

I hope that helps you!

Hello Calin,
In terms of plugins, we have the following running:
Cloudflare
WP Super Cache
EWWW Image Optimizer
SWIS Performance
Auto Optimize
Interestingly, I don’t have the Inline CSS option in my theme panel. Again, we downgraded to 12.5.1 from 12.6 because of the layout and design issue that happened after the upgrade.
Hello @jrvalle!
Did you set up a menu there in the tagdiv Composer, mobile viewport?
If yes, then deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please activate the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin and clear the cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see that you have the LiteSpeed cache plugin; please disable it and check after.
Also, please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and disable the option to minify the css.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
The template I’m using is the same for all category pages and the header is set as a global header. We’ve tried clearing the cache, updating plugins, and a handful of other things, but the template still isn’t working.
Hi commandeleven, if the problem was only about the layout and you also have extra cache or optimize plugins then it is possible to be a conflict between the theme option for inline css and those plugins – https://i.imgur.com/hz9fc5Y.png
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
I have tried to view my website http://www.rarecoins.news on quite a few websites like Browstack that show different browsers and devices and the side bar never shows, I have also tried Page Layout size on Page template from Default size to Full size and also 1800px content but none are are working, do not think it`s a plugging issue or cache because the page is not showing correctly on Browstack, can you help.
Thanks.
Gus
Hello @Connectats !
Please delete these “undefined” values from here: https://prnt.sc/UxwHzpJa47Zx
It should work well when you enable the option show author.
Please check if you complete the field author name for your user in Dashboard -> Users.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see. what I suggest is to enable the error log to see what is registered there.
Also, what I suggest if is that you use a cache plugin or optimize plugin that optimize the css to disable the option from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/TzHfP8Q.png
Thank you!
All plugins (except TAGDIV) switched OFF), cache on browsers deleted, the problem continues, see for example links..

https://www.bydleni12.cz/tepelna-cerpadla-zmeny-v-dotacich-od-zari-2023/
I tried now switch to php 8.2, I think I have lost more features from TagDiv template (new articles situated above tags, they have missing..
Bettina suggested disabling all plug-ins and purging the cache, which seems to have worked. However, I also noticed the colors of all titles reverted to black. Naturally, I was able to fix this by simply going in and changing them all back. My question is, why does there seem to be a new problem when I look at our website, without having made any changes to cause problems? We shoudn’t have to monitor our site regularly to see if colors changed or webpages stopped working. Any idea why we keep having problems? Thanks!

Hello Gus!
Please check in the tagdiv Composer, tablet viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh
If there is no issue, then this issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
