Hi,
Please open the console and try to save something.
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
Thank you!
Hello @heisbimbim !
I can see the 3d shadow box style applied in both screenshots and it’s working well in Composer. Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!

Hello!
We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Hello,
Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hello Anamaria, it didn’t work!
I cleared the browser, server and cloudflare cache.
Cpt courses continues to appear.
Thanks.
Hello,
I’m hoping that someone can assist us with an issue we’re running into. We use the Newspaper theme on all of our publication websites, and when we activate it, we follow the manual activation process.
I’m trying to activate the theme on a new website we are building, but when I click on the option in the theme panel to take me to the manual activation page, it takes me to a blank page. It would be on the page that is:
https://tagdiv.com/td_cake/manual.php?td_server_id= (Note: I removed the server ID when posting on the forum).
I’ve tried on multiple browsers, cleared cache, and had one of my assistants try on their computer as well with no luck. Please see the screenshot below.
I need this to work so I can get the TagDiv activation key.
Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks in advanced!

Hi,
Please clear the cache.
Thank you!
I am having an issue with AdSense ads on my WordPress website. I am using the Newspaper theme and have connected AdSense through the Google Site Kit plugin. I created AdSense units in the AdSense dashboard and copied the code into the Newspaper theme panel under Ads. However, the ads are not showing on my website. Sometimes one ad will show, but many times no ads will show at all.
I have tried clearing my cache and disabling all plugins, but the issue persists. I am using the latest version of WordPress and the Newspaper theme.
I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Hello!
Please try to clear all the cache or disable it while you’re testing the features.
Read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

I am having an issue with the Newspaper theme in WordPress. When I make changes to the theme settings through the Newspaper theme panel and click the “Save/Update” button, the changes do not save and my website appears as if I have made no changes. I have tried refreshing the page, clearing my cache, and disabling all plugins, but the issue persists.
I am using the latest version of WordPress and the Newspaper theme. I am also using a caching plugin, but I have disabled it to troubleshoot the issue.
I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you.
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi freshmademedia, I just checked the website and this seems to be related to a plugin conflict. Can you please make a test using only tagDiv plugin with no cache and see if the problem still persist?
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
The home page loads fine. The problem I am having is that article posts/pages load in a mobile theme even in a desktop browser. The site uses cloudflare for content caching. The problem persists even after clearing the cloudflare cache and clearing wpengine’s site cache, and setting cache exclusions for article pages. The site does not use the plugins jetpack or cloudflare. The happens regardless of whether the “tagDiv Mobile Theme” is activate or not activated.
What can be done to fix this?

Web host: WPEngine
Wordpress version: 6.2.2
Newspaper Theme version: 12.5
PHP version: 7.4

Hi,
Do you get an message or it is an infinite loading? It can be an object cache or may some security restrictions.
If you agree, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide pw-admin access and the license key and we’ll check the problem and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi leervt,
I see that you use the LiteSpeed cache, but this is not configurated to use a separate cache for mobile device, therefore it deliver the mobile theme version on desktop (and I believe that sometimes the responsive version on mobile) – https://i.imgur.com/cytZkA7.png
Also, because the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to also disable the sing in option from the mobile theme plugin – https://i.imgur.com/8vuITp7.png
Also, using the mobile theme plugin will apply over other settings for mobile, like responsive and mobile page. If you need the responsive version or mobile page, please use the mobile theme only for amp template, or disable the plugin.

Hi Calin,
Unfortunately, the mobile version of my site (nextyeartravel.com) is not responding how I would expect it to. Your suggestions (number 2 and number 3) were both active (“Sign In” was turned ‘on’ and Tag line/contact had pre-filled data); however, when I implemented your suggestions (toggled “Sign In” off and updated Tagline and contact) the changes did not appear to take effect. I have also flushed the cache to no avail. Again, this is for mobile only and not desktop versions.
I have the “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin installed/activated. Under “Cloud templates” in my admin view, I have global ‘header’ and ‘footer’ cloud templates active, an active cloud template for ‘home page’ with a ‘mobile template’ active (which isn’t being pulled up when going to the site on mobile devices), and a single template with ‘mobile template’ active (similarily not being pulled up on mobile devices).
Hi Bettina,
I just disabled all plugins except TagDiv, along with the cache plugin. Cleared the cache. Same result: The Source field is still not visible on both the desktop and mobile view.
Ken
We use a custom font throughout the site.
To the logged users the source appears normally.
For some users who are not logged in, a standard Windows font appears and for others the correct font.
We did a test here and for users not connected on the cell phone, the correct source appears, and on the desktop the wrong one.
We have already tested disabling the cache and CDN plugins and it did not work
Any idea what might be going on?
Hello Bettina, thanks for answering. I cleared the cache but it didn’t work.

I disabled the cache plugins. Then, I added the ad URL again and saved it. But the ad URL wasn’t modified. Instead, the image ad redirects to the post.
