HI,
I know about all three of these solutions. I want to use the Mobile Page/Template, which I have set up and is also listed on the homepage as its mobile version, but despite all this, the Default Responsive Desktop Version is automatically loaded.
That’s why I’m asking if you have any idea where the error could be. I set up the cache, completely removed it and replaced the plugin, but the result is still the same.
I’m happy to provide admin access.
Thank You
Hey Calin,
this is not the case anymore. Wit the latest version of Redis you have an issue.
We are using the plugin version 1.24.5 of Objec cache Pro and ever since the update to 1.24.x we keep getting the message:
“No update needed
Your site’s database is up to date!”
If it tells you something, it is a similar issue with the login/membership section in TagDiv.
There are numerous posts here about this mulfunction and your recommendation that you do not support Object Cache.
Here is a related link from the time when we could login to our sites, but optin builder had issues.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/password-reset-link-not-working-in-optin-builder/
It will be great if you can tell us which keys to exlude. Most likely the new prefetch implementation is the culprit.

Hello,
The Object Cache (Redis) should work perfectly fine with the theme. Just make sure that if you’re on a shared hosting environment, you configure the Redis settings properly in your wp-config.php file. This guide can help:
https://kb.hosting.com/docs/configuring-wordpress-to-use-redis
Please note that key verification doesn’t occur during login. It happens when you try to use the theme builder, access theme updates, install a demo, check the “My License” tab, or browse cloud templates.
If there’s an issue related to key verification and Redis caching, one potential fix is to delete the Redis object cache file that was created. In 99% of cases, this resolves the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens.
2.Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.
Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache.
Hello, are there any plans to support Object Cache (Redis).
The issues that the lack of support is causing are too many to bear.
Also please remove these licensing calls every time we login in to admin. Earlier today your licensing service was down and we could not enter the admin. The errors logged were something like this.

Hi! I’ve the same problem!
– Website is using WP Rocket cache and Object Cache Pro
– Block Settings > USE LAST 24/48 HOURS & 7 DAYS POST SORTING is enabled
– Post Settings > Ajax view count is enabled
– Post Settings > Post and Custom Post types > SHOW POST VIEWS is disabled
– Sort Order by Popular (24h/48/7d) not working, blank result.
Can you help me, please.
I too are having the same issue.
I have cleared cache turned off mobile plugin.
Mobile comes up with blog posts of sports.
Hi
Thank You for fast reply.
Yes, I use a separate mobile template that I created in Composer.
However, after clearing the Cache, the page I created is still not displayed, but a default one.
I don’t know what to set in the cache so that this doesn’t happen, because none of the options work.
As I said, it’s interesting that on the second website, where I have everything set up the same, the mobile version runs fine.
I don’t know if something can’t be dropped in the database. But I don’t really understand it.
Hi,
It’s recommended to use a separate cache for mobile devices if you’re using a mobile-specific theme or a mobile theme plugin. This is because the mobile and desktop versions of your site will be different, and using the same cache for both can cause display issues, the first version cached (either mobile or desktop) will be shown to all users.
However, if your website uses a responsive design (the same layout adapts to different screen sizes), then there’s no need to create a separate mobile cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
Now it appears that the meta for theme-color is set https://i.imgur.com/NyIyPX6.png. What I can recommend is to add some extra meta: https://pastebin.com/TpRbYf01
For this, set the above code in the theme panel > analytics/js code and set the code in the head input https://i.imgur.com/OSKKrpJ.png then save the changes, and clear the cache.
I hope this will help.
Hello,
If you’re using the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, please disable it. This will allow the responsive theme version to be used, and everything from the desktop version will appear on the mobile version.
If you’re using the mobile theme page https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ , please clear all cache and disable the cache plugin. After doing so, check if the mobile page is being used. If it is, you’ll need to adjust the cache settings to allow a separate cache for the mobile version.
Thank you!
Hello,
Upon checking the console, it appears that the website is unable to locate an image and is trying to load it from the following URLs:
I suggest verifying whether this image is set as a background under the mobile menu or search background in the EWSapper > Theme Pane > Background section. You can check here:
If the image is present, simply remove it and save the settings. Afterward, please clear all cache. This should help improve the website’s loading speed.
Once this is done, we can check if the website is loading faster and assess what further optimizations can be made.
Thank you!
Hi,
What you can try is to disable and delete the tgaDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter, and disable/delete the plugins. After that, go to Newspaper > plugins and reinstall the plugins from there, clear all cache, and check the results.
I hope this will help you!
i am using litespeed cashe plugin –
Do you recommend using (Separate Cache Mobile files)?
Hello TagDiv Support,
I’m reaching out regarding two critical PHP 8.4 compatibility issues in the td-cloud-library plugin bundled with the Newspaper theme. These are causing repeated deprecation warnings and notices on my site (europeantimes.news), even though the site functions partially.
After thorough debugging, I’ve identified the following issues:
—
### 1. **Deprecated Constructor in Mobile_Detect.php**
**File:**
/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/Mobile_Detect.php (line 684)
**Issue:**
The constructor uses implicitly nullable parameters, which is deprecated in PHP 8.4:
`php
function __construct($userAgent = null, $httpHeaders = null)
`
This triggers the following error:
`
PHP Deprecated: Mobile_Detect::__construct(): Implicitly marking parameter $headers as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead
`
**Recommended Fix:**
Update the constructor to use explicit nullable types:
`php
function __construct(?string $userAgent = null, ?array $httpHeaders = null)
`
—
### 2. **Text Domain Loaded Too Early**
**Issue:**
The td-cloud-library plugin loads its translations **before the init action**, which triggers a WordPress 6.7+ deprecation notice:
`
PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the ‘td-cloud-library’ domain was triggered too early.
`
**Cause:**
load_plugin_textdomain() is called directly when the plugin loads, not within the init hook.
**Recommended Fix:**
Move the translation loading to the init action:
`php
add_action(‘init’, function() {
load_plugin_textdomain(‘td-cloud-library’, false, dirname(plugin_basename(__FILE__)) . ‘/languages’);
});
`
—
### Environment
– WordPress: 6.8.2
– PHP: 8.4.6
– Theme: Newspaper (latest version)
– Plugin: td-cloud-library (bundled)
– Redis: Active (Redis Object Cache Pro)
—
### Request
Could you please:
1. Confirm if these issues are known and if a fix is already available?
2. Provide an updated version of td-cloud-library with full PHP 8.4 support?
3. Advise on any known conflicts with Redis or high-traffic automated sites?
These notices are not just noise — they impact performance and indicate deeper compatibility issues.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Dear TagDiv Support,
I am contacting you regarding critical compatibility issues between the Newspaper theme and PHP 8.4, which are affecting the performance and stability of my site (europeantimes.news).
After thorough debugging, I have identified two major issues in the td-cloud-library plugin, which is bundled with your theme.
❌ 1. Deprecated Constructor in Mobile_Detect.php
File:
/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/Mobile_Detect.php
Issue:
The constructor uses implicitly nullable parameters, which is deprecated in PHP 8.4:
php
1
function __construct($userAgent = null, $httpHeaders = null)
Error:
1
PHP Deprecated: Mobile_Detect::__construct(): Implicitly marking parameter $headers as nullable is deprecated
Solution:
Update the constructor to use explicit nullable types:
php
1
function __construct(?string $userAgent = null, ?array $httpHeaders = null)
❌ 2. Text Domain Loaded Too Early
Issue:
The td-cloud-library plugin loads its translations before the init hook, which triggers a WordPress deprecation notice:
1
PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the ‘td-cloud-library’ domain was triggered too early.
Cause:
load_plugin_textdomain() is called directly when the plugin loads, not on the init action.
Solution:
Move the text domain loading to the init hook:
php
1
2
3
add_action(‘init’, function() {
load_plugin_textdomain(‘td-cloud-library’, false, dirname(plugin_basename(__FILE__)) . ‘/languages’);
});
✅ Impact
These issues generate hundreds of PHP notices and deprecation warnings
They contribute to performance degradation
They indicate the plugin is not fully compatible with PHP 8.4
🔧 Request
Please:
Provide an updated version of td-cloud-library with PHP 8.4 support
Or confirm if a fix is already available in a newer release
Advise if there are any known conflicts with Redis, WP-CLI, or high-traffic automated sites
I am using:
WordPress 6.8.2
PHP 8.4.6
Redis Object Cache
Newspaper Theme (latest version)
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Hello,
Please make sure to clear all cache after you make any changes to your homepage. This should resolve the situation you are having!
Thank you!
Hi,
The blank page in Google News is almost always caused by your AMP endpoints (amp-list / amp-access / consent APIs) failing when loaded from the Google AMP Cache domain.
Please try:
– Add proper CORS headers on those JSON endpoints:
– Access-Control-Allow-Origin: https://www-eurasiantimes-com.cdn.ampproject.org
– AMP-Access-Control-Allow-Source-Origin: https://www.eurasiantimes.com
– Access-Control-Expose-Headers: AMP-Access-Control-Allow-Source-Origin
Ensure they accept the __amp_source_origin query param.
Then re-test the cached URL with #development=1 to confirm no AMP errors.
Make sure you set correct AMP CORS headers on your API/consent endpoints, otherwise the body stays hidden in Google News.
Hi,
Link 1- https://indiaeducationdiary.in/monthly-production-and-dispatch-from-captive-and-commercial-mines-in-august-2025/
Link 2 – https://indiaeducationdiary.in/prime-minister-narendra-modi-inaugurates-semicon-india-2025-in-new-delhi/
Please check the above links. Link 1 appears perfectly as designed. But link 2 breaks(sidebar comes down). I checked source of the link 2.
The structure should be like
td-pb-row
├── td-pb-span8
└── td-pb-span4
<div class="td-pb-row">
<div class="td-pb-span8">
<!-- Content for span8 -->
</div>
<div class="td-pb-span4">
<!-- Content for span4 -->
</div>
</div>
But the structure shows like below
td-pb-row
└── td-pb-span8
└── td-pb-span4
<div class="td-pb-row">
<div class="td-pb-span8">
<!-- Content for span8 -->
<div class="td-pb-span4">
<!-- Content for span4 -->
</div>
</div>
</div>
The td-pb-span4 is showing inside the td-pb-span8 which is breaking the layout. This is not happening to the above stories only, it’s happening with many articles. Please check and let me know how to sort this out. Worked with newspaper more than in 50+ sites till now and nowhere seen this kind of issue.
Tried:
1. Cache cleared (both CF, WPSupercache) – not working
2. Browser cache cleared – not working
3. Post content checked with tinymce code mode for any css code injection – not working
4. Created a new single post template and assigned – not working
Hello TagDiv Support,
I’m experiencing a problem with the Newspaper theme and TagDiv Composer that affects my site’s layout and customization options.
1. Mobile Layout Issue
On the mobile version, the layout is broken and does not adapt properly to the screen. This makes the site look misaligned on mobile devices.
2. Device-Specific Customization Not Working
Previously, when editing with TagDiv Composer, I was able to customize layouts separately for desktop, tablet, and mobile. For example, I could adjust padding, margins, or hide/show elements per device.
Now, those device-specific settings no longer work. The desktop layout is being applied by default to all devices, and I cannot create different designs for tablet or mobile anymore.
3. Steps to Reproduce
Open the homepage or a post in TagDiv Composer.
Select any row/element.
The alternatives for device customization (desktop, tablet, mobile) appear.
Any changes made for tablet or mobile are overridden, and the desktop view is forced on all devices.
4. What I’ve Tried
Confirmed with WPMU DEV support (my hosting provider) that this is not related to optimization or caching.
Performed cache clearing and plugin conflict checks.
Verified no JS errors in the browser console.
Confirmed that the issue persists even without Hummingbird optimization enabled.
5. Current Status
My hosting support confirmed the issue seems to come from the TagDiv Composer/page builder itself.
I am currently using the latest version of the Newspaper theme and the problem started recently, without any theme update on my side.
Could you please help me investigate this and confirm if it’s a known bug in the latest version of TagDiv Composer?
Any guidance to restore proper mobile layout behavior and per-device customization would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your support,
Prensa Regional
Hi,
Hello,
I couldn’t move it, could you provide an image?
Yes, the second issue was also caused by the WP Super Cache plugin.
Thank you!
Dear tagDiv Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent PHP warning in my WordPress installation related to the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. The exact error message is:
text
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “tdb_templates” in /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 661
This warning appears repeatedly in my server error logs, particularly when customers have products in their WooCommerce cart and proceed to the checkout page. It seems the plugin is trying to access the “tdb_templates” array key which is either not defined or not properly loaded under these conditions.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Reinstalling the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
Clearing all caches (server, plugin, browser)
Ensuring that the tagDiv Shop plugin is installed and active
Testing multiple tagDiv Cloud Library templates for WooCommerce products
The warning persists and may indicate a problem with how the plugin handles template data when rendering the cart or checkout pages.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this warning? Is there a recommended way to repair, re-import, or reset the “tdb_templates” to ensure they are correctly registered?
Any guidance or a fix for this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it clutters our error logs and may impact site stability.
Thank you very much for your support.

Hi,
Normally, the cache option in the playlist element should store the YouTube source, reducing the number of requests made to the YouTube API. I recommend running a test with caching enabled and another without it, to see if there’s any noticeable difference in the number of requests.
