Hello, are there any plans to support Object Cache (Redis).

The issues that the lack of support is causing are too many to bear.

Also please remove these licensing calls every time we login in to admin. Earlier today your licensing service was down and we could not enter the admin. The errors logged were something like this.

I am contacting you regarding critical compatibility issues between the Newspaper theme and PHP 8.4, which are affecting the performance and stability of my site (europeantimes.news).

After thorough debugging, I have identified two major issues in the td-cloud-library plugin, which is bundled with your theme.

❌ 1. Deprecated Constructor in Mobile_Detect.php
File:
/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/Mobile_Detect.php

Issue:
The constructor uses implicitly nullable parameters, which is deprecated in PHP 8.4:

Solution:
Update the constructor to use explicit nullable types:

❌ 2. Text Domain Loaded Too Early
Issue:
The td-cloud-library plugin loads its translations before the init hook, which triggers a WordPress deprecation notice:

PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the ‘td-cloud-library’ domain was triggered too early.
Cause:
load_plugin_textdomain() is called directly when the plugin loads, not on the init action.

Solution:
Move the text domain loading to the init hook:

The structure should be like

The td-pb-span4 is showing inside the td-pb-span8 which is breaking the layout. This is not happening to the above stories only, it’s happening with many articles. Please check and let me know how to sort this out. Worked with newspaper more than in 50+ sites till now and nowhere seen this kind of issue.

Tried:
1. Cache cleared (both CF, WPSupercache) – not working
2. Browser cache cleared – not working
3. Post content checked with tinymce code mode for any css code injection – not working
4. Created a new single post template and assigned – not working

I’m experiencing a problem with the Newspaper theme and TagDiv Composer that affects my site’s layout and customization options.

1. Mobile Layout Issue

On the mobile version, the layout is broken and does not adapt properly to the screen. This makes the site look misaligned on mobile devices.

2. Device-Specific Customization Not Working

Previously, when editing with TagDiv Composer, I was able to customize layouts separately for desktop, tablet, and mobile. For example, I could adjust padding, margins, or hide/show elements per device.
Now, those device-specific settings no longer work. The desktop layout is being applied by default to all devices, and I cannot create different designs for tablet or mobile anymore.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Open the homepage or a post in TagDiv Composer.

Select any row/element.

The alternatives for device customization (desktop, tablet, mobile) appear.

Any changes made for tablet or mobile are overridden, and the desktop view is forced on all devices.

4. What I’ve Tried

Confirmed with WPMU DEV support (my hosting provider) that this is not related to optimization or caching.

Performed cache clearing and plugin conflict checks.

Verified no JS errors in the browser console.

Confirmed that the issue persists even without Hummingbird optimization enabled.

5. Current Status

My hosting support confirmed the issue seems to come from the TagDiv Composer/page builder itself.
I am currently using the latest version of the Newspaper theme and the problem started recently, without any theme update on my side.

Could you please help me investigate this and confirm if it’s a known bug in the latest version of TagDiv Composer?
Any guidance to restore proper mobile layout behavior and per-device customization would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing a persistent PHP warning in my WordPress installation related to the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. The exact error message is:

This warning appears repeatedly in my server error logs, particularly when customers have products in their WooCommerce cart and proceed to the checkout page. It seems the plugin is trying to access the “tdb_templates” array key which is either not defined or not properly loaded under these conditions.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Reinstalling the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin

Clearing all caches (server, plugin, browser)

Ensuring that the tagDiv Shop plugin is installed and active

Testing multiple tagDiv Cloud Library templates for WooCommerce products

The warning persists and may indicate a problem with how the plugin handles template data when rendering the cart or checkout pages.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this warning? Is there a recommended way to repair, re-import, or reset the “tdb_templates” to ensure they are correctly registered?
