Hi Bettina,
So far I’ve used WP Rocket + AutoOptimze as a cache plug-in – I’ve now also deactivated that, but that doesn’t change anything about the broken menu. Of course I can switch, but so far I’ve always had difficulties with the configuration with WP SuperCache, because I was always shown that there are no pages in the cache. Can you help there?
Hello!
1. The issue is from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. Please note that customization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!
Hello!
We tested with our latest theme version and there is no issue like that.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
I recommend you to make a full backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, if you are using child themes or cache plugins, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!

Hello!
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello!
A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there. Check if you set up some settings for example the width.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know the results!
Thank you!

Hello !
I have re-inspected your website from different device too. What you are seeing is a cached version. Please check with other browsers or from a different PC. Your website for external users looks perfect. None of the issues above are available.
Thank you!
I’ve changed the WP Super Cache settings. But it’s still doesnt works. I can see the latest Articles only if i delete cache by „click”.
But now, i’ve changed the settings in WP Super Cache and probably it works 🙂
I’ve already use WP Super Cache. Could You tell me something more about plugins conflict?
Hello!
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
@zdokadia If your theme panel settings are missing and you need them, then you can install Standard Pack plugin in this version too.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please check also about a plugin conflict, this may cause the issue you have.
Thank you!
Hello !
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !
Vlad, thanks for your reply.
Sorry to know you haven’t any hint to sort it out.
I tested the site with a pretty fast cable connection and the images are optimized with LiteSpeed cache, but the issue persists even when deactivated LiteSpeed, I use WP Super Cache and Autoptimize plugins, following your speed optimization tips.
Hi,
Deactivating the plugins did not help, neither did deactivate the child theme, nor did it delete the caches.
Everything looks normal in the composer.
I’ll send you an email with all the details, maybe you can find something.

Thanks for your fast answer
Thomas
I have to click “delete Cache” each time I add a new entry. Then they are visible.
I have the latest version of newspaper. I have the Standard Pack plug-in installed and enabled. The problem continues, unless I click „delete cache”.
