Hi,
If you want to disable the Live Search you should comment out or remove the static function on_ajax from td_ajax.php from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yB6NVkYLig Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello,
Sorry but the new cloud library templates were not tested in a multi-site environment
Please try the cloud template in a non multi-site and see if you still get the errors mentioned.
it could simply be a plugin conflict as I see a mention of a plugin called wp-explorer that could be providing the error.
please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
I just updated my theme to the v.9 and this error appears (Invalid reply from server endpoint)
I used this function in the last version and everything worked fine.
i have read about this error. I have purged cache and doesnt works. Any ideas?
Hello Catalin,
I was looking here in the forum on this subject since I have had problems of ouverload of CPU with the Search Live.
I tried to apply the suggested configuration in tg_ajax.php, exactly as explained, but after that it break the Next Prev ajax on the Blocks pagnation and the ajax views counter for cached pages, as reported by our colleague ieanea above.
Is there a setting that disables ajax only for Live Search?
Thank you!
I have tried adding the text suggested to the .htaccess file and clearing cache but this doesn’t work. I have also tried deactivating plugins one at a time but that doesn’t work either.
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what the problem is. Blocks and grids will display the posts according to the filtering and sorting you set for each of them
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Posts can have only one author, users that have author roles can create and publish posts in your website. What do you mean by posts not being yours?
Do you have any caching? Clear the cache and also force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R).
Ok thanks.
Indeed all it seems working now.
I suppose it was a cache plugin problem.
I deactivate a lot of functions and maybe it correct all this.
Regards
Hello Brad,
Do you have cleared all of your caches? If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you. Also, provide the CPanel and FTP access.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
After the theme and plugin upgrade to version 9 (including cleared cache, etc.), WP Editor fails to load within Text elements and Raw HTML element shows:

I saw more people are having these issues.
Could you have a look at these bugs please?
Thank you.
Hi,
I see currently only a color as background. If you also set a background image, then the image should be displayed over the color. Do you maybe have any caching? Clear the cache if you do.
What happens if you make another change in the theme panel, does that apply? Make a small change somewhere and see if it displayed in the website. Let us know the result.
Thanks
Hello Yannickthepostie,
I saw that you have some blocks which have blurry images inside the thumbs. You should try using the Flex Block or Full-Width Grids if you want a larger layout, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Caz,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files.
Thanks for the message!
Hello jesusito,
3,4)Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Ensure that problem does not come from your untested plugins used by you. Remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
6)Unfortunately, the category tag color will be changed only for category page because this is the theme’s functionality.
8)There is an option for it in Theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GddhECPmk5E
Thanks.
Hi Catalin,
I’ve done the change you mentioned, cleaned all my caches and I still can’t see the currency exchange plugin working on my website as you can see here http://take.ms/XrJ8v
It shows only the title but no currency details. That has been happening for a couple of months.
My website is https://rotadocanguru.com.br
Thanks
Rodrigo
No worries. I’ve been doing webdev since 1994, using WP since 2004, and have been managing our web servers since 1996. 🙂
So, we run a lot of high traffic news portals as well as our company B2B sites. We run WP with server side caching, and so well aware of WP behaviors. So, a ‘static’ page still has cookies loaded via PHP, and content is still added via the handler even with so-called static pages. A normal site visitor would not see an edit button. This is why you don’t see edit buttons for TIME magazine (running on WP VIP platform).
We’ve never had this issue on our sites, so I guess I was trying to give you some level of comfort there.
Personally I find injected ‘edit with pagebuilder’ buttons annoying in WP, and have always thought so — but I have this issue with all platforms going back to first version of Canvas (to date myself a little bit more).
So, to chime in – it *would* be nice to have option to remove pesky “edit this page” items when logged in for the admin user, even if via a filter hook in t he WP API.
I guess they did give you possible solution for that, so if ultra paranoid that would be the best way to go. Still, I’ve never seen a client make note of a “why is there and edit button on the photo on your home page …”
Or, put yet another technical way: proper caching plugins make a static copy of the ‘public’ DOM/render, which would be considered the rendered page with a ‘subscriber’ or ‘anonymous’ role/cookie level; not an admin level state. So, technically unless the cache method is ‘misconfigured’ — a static version of a page/post would never render with the user role/cookie state of superuser, admin, editor or author. With those user role/levels, an ‘edit’ button would not render with the DOM, and so never be part of a static page rendered and stored for public consumption.
Easily tested, by the way, through mechanisms like “fetch and render” tools like Google, Chrome Incognito mode, etc.

Hello
On the homepage I changed elements of the theme like the menu and big grid.
https://www.virtualmagie.com/
Till then the bid grid is praticaly under the menu.
I tried to erase all Custom CSS to find the reason but it change nothing (of course, I kill the cache and tested on secure mode).
Do you have Custom CSS to correct that please?
Regards
Hello gigito,
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins (optimization plugins), clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, check your SSL configuration to be right installed. After this, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin), FTP and CPanel access so we can take a closer look at your setup page.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello charlie1029,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for Recaptcha for Modal Login, sorry! If you want to have this behavior you should implement it yourself through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Regarding on the second request, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello aeshlog,
Do you have increased all of your system status parameters? Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, remove all of the untested plugins which might cause some problems with the theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
if you try different cache plugins whit same results, the problems is your hosting. Switch for a better hosting company. I Use Banahosting for a site whit 2million visits per month whiout problem using Newspaper (semi dedicated plan 25USd month). If you have a little traffic like 100,000 visits per month can use a starter plan 5usd/month.
Or try another company 😛
Hello, i just update the theme to 8.8.2 and now i have this error, before the update i was in 8.7.x and worked fine.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/MYACCOUNT/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1383
I already cleared the cache.
What can i check??
Thanks
Thanks for joining the party(I know that sounds sarcastic. But I am seriously grateful for any help). I am well aware of how it works.
But on my sites, I employ offsite caching solutions that mean I would need to be able to read cache headers on that solution which is more server time and frankly a lot more complicated than just removing the front end admin functions on WordPress.
We are about to beta and are going to start testing publicly next week if you are interested.
I don’t need a refund. I am testing out compatibility.
Proper page caching does not show conditional states in WordPress .. WP uses a session cookie to set user status and determine which micro-cached (transient) elements to show a user. So, if a cookie is set as a logged in user, then that user ‘level’ (role) would be able to see an edit button — this has been a standard in WP themes for many many years across hundred thousand themes. It is indeed considered a core ‘feature’ of WordPress.
A visitor to site without a user cookie would only see a public cached copy without any user transient extensions added to a page — just like a non-logged in user would not see the cached user bar at top of a post page, or an edit comments function, or plug-in specific functions from page builders (e.g., site origin, themify, td composer, etc.).
Welcome to WordPress!
try this, disable w3 total cache and install autoptimize, Async JavaScript (works better with autoptimize). Exclude “wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js” and defer other java scripts. And also minify the CSS.
