Hello valiente123,
I have inspected your source page and I saw that your Favicon link seems to be loaded by the CDN server, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1aSa3hJHZ and most likely, that’s why you cannot bring the favicon from your website. Purge all the files from CDN system and check again the results. Also, clear all the caches. Notice that the CDN should not appear at your link of your favicon. I have tested on my site and everything seems to work as expected. Check your settings and try to fix it because this problem comes from your end, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello cadarmarius,
First of all, you should remove all of the untested plugins used by you because this is the first step for WordPress debugging. I saw that you ar using the wp-rocket which is known to be a problematic plugin which might cause a lot of unknown issues through the theme. Try to clear all of the caches and compare the results with our demo preview regarding on slider element. If you will bring some differences between these, please let us know and also, provide some useful screenshots so I can see the problem.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
ok many thanks 🙂 i am just not sure about the min cache timeout
Hi,
I have tested the method and it is still working properly. Maybe you are not making all the steps required. First paste the code provided by Bogdan in his last reply, in the td_module_single.php file. There you will see as specified in the topic, that there are 2 sections. Post sharing top section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/u5CwkINb1u
And lower in the same file, Post sharing bottom section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7ufxi4Km
After you enter the code for the section you want or both of them, you must enter this code in Theme panel->Custom Css
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qcFiDeb2LwG
.td-social-linkedin {
margin-left:8px;
background-color: #006699!important;
}
Also please make sure to have the Font awesome 4 menus installed and activated.
If it does not appear, try clearing the cache. But the method is tested and works, if you follow the steps exactly as they are mentioned.
Thanks
Hi,
I was finally able to tweek the code and time is displaying fine along with the date. I did changed <?php echo $td_mod_single->get_date(false);?> with <?php echo the_date(‘d F Y G:H:s A’); ?>, flushed teh cache and it’s working great.
Thanks for your time

Might want to check the support forums for WP Super Cache — this theme recommends using it, but doesn’t own/operate it. Same behavior for any theme when using a caching plugin. So, you would need to adjust how the cache works. Check the docs for WP Super Cache for help on that.
I don’t work here, just some quick feedback. Sorry to intrude.
Hi there, i have a question redarding the website speed. I have tried wp super cache and it looks great, but i have a sports website that means that i upload many articles every 5 10 minutes. So when i have super cache on it takes longer to get the articles online.
many thanks
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also restore the modifications you made to the theme and test it under the default settings.
Please do not use both page builders at the same time as that can cause issues. Please do not use visual composer on posts as well. Visual composer only works on pages.
Thank you!
Hello designrh,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your category pages works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/30qqC0xWmL Also, I have notice that you are using a lot of untested plugins whihc can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknonw issues. Try to remove all of them, leave just Visual composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello bayingilizce,
Unfortunately, the FAQplugin has not been tested with our theme and we have not idea about the theme behavior with this plugin, sorry! Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Remove all of them, use only the tested plugins and check the results. Clear all the caches and purge all CDN files.
Thanks for the message!
Hello zynxevil,
If you keep replying you will only delay your answer because we answer from oldest to newest. Posting more and more replies will only move your post to the fresher ones and delay the answer further. For future optimal response time, please only post once and wait for the reply as we answer every message.
Regarding on request, please notice that I have tested this element to my backend and it seems to work as expected. If you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of these, leave just only the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello valiente123,
Check to clear all the server cache. Probably, your dedicated server has caches and try to clear all of it. If you do not have any permissions to do this, request it to the hosting provider.
Hope this helps and let us know!
Thanks for the message!
Hi TagDiv,
I’ve been trying to activate your theme v8 but when I click on (both) activate buttons it does nothing.
EDIT: now the activate theme page has changed. It’s no more a plain html one but has got a nice facelift. Trying to paste the code again.
UPDATE: it seems that clearing caches many times did solve this issue. Maybe the JS file did not get updated and this was the issue. Sorry for the alarm but I will keep this post in case others might need this easy fix.
Best,
– Luca
Hello Ting-Chih Wang,
This behavior could be happened by your untested plugins. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Maybe the server does not meet the requirements for the level of load it currently has
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Try to test while having no other plugins activated, except the ones provided with the theme. You should install this caching plugin with these settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also here you can find a guide to further improve the website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
And maybe redesign your homepage using the tagDiv composer, and keep it as light as possible, like Bogdan suggested. Try using less block pagination, and ajax filters

Thanks
Hello gundemarasi,
First of all, please check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot make any changes.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello betawin,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme packet which can be downloaded from Theme Forest and then, make a new clean install via FTP way, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Follow all the steps which are presented in our documentation and try to apply them for theme installing.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Try as a test to deactivate all your plugins except the tagDiv composer, and clear you cache afterwards. Then create a page and place the element you want on it and test again.
Using the image that you are in the image box

These are the results I get

Hello BR Rob,
The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL.
Thanks for your message!
Hello aleksandarcasual,
Provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. First of all, ensure that you are using the latest theme version, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except the tagdiv page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Than test again for the errors mentioned.
Hello t1m4,
It seems to be a strange issue. I have checked to my end and the Background Click Ad seems to work as expected. Try to update your theme to the latest theme version, clear all the caches and check again the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
