Hello sakkiotto,

I have inspected your source page and I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicts. Try to do this and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

I see that you have managed to make your Facebook profile public – https://www.screencast.com/t/UQsFpqd159 Now you should try to do a cache clear. Please note that there may be some delay for the data to synchronize, so you should wait a while before it refreshes. The Facebook counter should work properly now. Also make sure you have the latest version of the social counter from the theme package, and update it if necessary.

Thanks

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you made all the necessary modifications to these parameters, and you still have this issue, try to deactivate and delete the Visual composer plugin, and install it again. Then try it again while also deactivating all your other plugins to rule out a plugin conflict. And clear your cache just to be sure. If your settings are still not saving please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Also paste a link to this topic for identification purposes.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi,

Please try disabling all your plugins except Visual composer, deactivate the Instagram section from theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/hGEiwZp4pGH4 then clear your cache again. After this enable Instagram. Please note that there could be some delay for the pictures to refresh, and you should wait a little time. If the problem is still there check like suggested to see if your hosting provider is using a server side caching system.

Thanks

Hello KoreniZivota,

It seems to be a bad theme installation. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank for the message!

Hi,

I have inspected your website but I do not see the problems you are mentioning – https://www.screencast.com/t/rp9H74lQMHsi Please note that multiple factors can affect page loading speed, like plugins for example. Try disabling all your plugins except the ones bundled with the theme and check again.
Here is a link to the recommended cache plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and also a tutorial about improving page speed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Hi,

It would be helpful if you could provide a link to your website, so we can inspect it and see this problem. Maybe you have some custom code added in Theme panel, or there have been some modifications to the modules used by these blocks. There is now way of telling for sure without inspecting this problem first hand. I have tested this and the date displays properly on these respective blocks. Another possible cause could be that a plugin in interfering with the theme functionality, try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check again.

Thanks

Hi,

Maybe I am not understanding this correctly, but you seem to be talking about different posts – https://www.screencast.com/t/9sivZ24M2https://www.screencast.com/t/Ac7vIRHiUx8j Also please note that a delay is possible if you are using a caching plugin, and you do not have this option enabled – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ It is recommended to use this caching plugin with these settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thanks

Hi,

This is a strange issue, I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache (very important) and try again to enter some code in the custom css section. Maybe some plugin is interfering with this field in your case. What about the other custom fields, is the same problem present? If nothing works you could try to make a fresh theme install by FTP – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are still having a problem with the more articles box, try as a first step to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check again. Maybe a plugin is interfering with the theme functionality, so this is needed to rule out a conflict.

Thanks

Hello Ivan,

First let’s start by removing autoptimize. That makes things worse. Please remove any customization you made and revert the theme. Please disable all plugins except the tested and recommended ones: https://www.screencast.com/t/VOeWxr4li6Y
Please make sure you increase the system status parameters like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The use this guide to increase your site speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Make sure you use a caching plugin like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hi,

Please note that page speed optimization does not depend entirely on these plugins. There are many factors that can negatively interfere with page loading. Please follow these guides carefully, for the cache plugin configuration – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and for page speed optimization – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ This should optimize the loading time on your site as best as possible, also please try to make the tests without any plugins except the ones bundled with the theme, for more accurate results, because some plugins could have a big impact in this matter.

Thanks

Hi,

I have inspected your site but I do not see any problems at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/ANVvK9db If Please make sure that you have updated the plugins that are provided wit the theme, in the theme package, to the latest version. If the problem occurs again, try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear the cache, verify any code entered in the theme panel or added to the theme files, then check to see if the problem remains.

Thanks
