Hi,
Please try to clear all caching installed, clear CDN files if used as well. Clear browser cache, or test in a different browser. These actions solved the issue in most cases.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.
Thanks
I’m not sure what you mean. Your site images seem to display just fine. What images are not showing up without shadowsocks ? I recommend disabling all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
If the ads get delivered randomly, then the theme has nothing to do with it. The ad system renders the code. Maybe you have a caching issue that affects the ads. Please disable all caching for testing purposes and only use wp super cache and cloudflare afterwards.

Hello,
Maybe you have updates set to automatic and a plugin got updated and the new version is not compatible anymore with the theme. Please test this without plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Wp super cache is the tested and recommended plugin to usew with our theme. W3 total cache has gzip as a bonus and it is not actually “required” for a caching plugin. WP super cache works just fine without gzip but you need it to increase the page loading speed.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cache/
for cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
As for the gzip compression and other optimization needed for proper page loading speed, please use this guide:

Hello,
We have no reports of this issue. Please try this without plugins as it could be a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hi,
@baztanet If you could provide a link to where this is happening on your website, we will investigate. All issues until now related to the social sharing were either visual issues resolved by clearing all caches installed, CDN and also browser cache, and adapting child theme customization.
Or in some cases conflicts with plugins, which caused the socials to not display or function properly.
Thanks
Hello,
There is something very wrong with your page. There are multiple elements that do not position as they should by default.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
We did not experience this with our theme so this could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. Then test the cache again.
Thank you!
Hello mrx,
I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected, without any problems. I cannot recreate the issue. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and untested plugins, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
In some cases the sliding issue was caused by the rocket loader feature of Cloudflare. This is recommended to be disabled, because it may affect the theme functionality
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
You could try disabling this in the Cloudflare settings and clear all caching after doing this. The issue should not be happening anymore. Clear all caching as well, including browser cache. This should possibly fix the socials being displayed incorrectly as well.
Thanks
Hello Sirius Pro,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, clear all the caches, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, purge all CDN files and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,
We have seen the menu option be removed by plugin before so i think it’s safe to say it is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.

Hello Chris,
Make sure that your Custom CSS code is correctly added to the CSS core file. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Should work as expected if the code represents what you want to modify. Notice that all of these tasks involves doing such a custom work and we cannot provide something like this, sorry!

Hello Mercuriel,
Clear the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello hoffman81,
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. This error might happen due if you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the js code of the theme and break it. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using a Cloudflare system and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.

Hi,
I have inspected the website, for me it is loading very fast. The images are loading fast as well. When it comes to page speed in general, there is always room for improvement. We recommend this caching plugin

These are some topics and tutorials which you could read and try the suggestions mentioned

There are many others here on the forum that you can follow, from experienced theme users.
To display socials in the footer social account links have to be entered in the theme panel social networks
– https://www.screencast.com/t/owIWb7hT
They should be displayed once entered there, in the footer as well as the mobile menu.
Thanks
Hi,
They seem to be displaying at the moment from what I can see on your website

Hello,
That is indeed an issue. It is not the default theme behavior. It should only upload them once. It seems your client has an issue and the plugin is activated multiple times. We cannot recreate this issue. It seems to happen in very specific conditions. Please check any optimization added to the site, disable external plugins, check caching and cdn. This is a localized issue and not a theme bug. Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Please Please Please consider having a random button in the next update of yours. I’d be really really grateful.
And, if there is any other way that i could add one already. Please tell
