Hi,
Please disable all other plugins beside bbpress and visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again to see if the issue is still there.

Hello gibbsyns3,
Sorry for this inconvenient but please notice that error does not come from our theme, sorry! Most likely, you are using such an untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should try to disable all of these, if you have some additional customizations, please disable all of these, clear all of the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, reset your permalinks and check the results. It’s strange what you mean and it is certainly the reason for this.
Thanks for your understanding!

Regarding on page speed, please notice that thing depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit to our requirements. If this is not the case, please also try to

It’s possible it stopped working due to other conflict like WordPress 4.8.1, Yoast SEO update, WooCommerce update, etc., etc.
Good to check the support topics for that plugin also.
And, of course, check F12 for console errors, turn on the built-in WordPress error log debug function, check your hosting panel for error log, etc. — as good ways to see what is causing hiccups.
Sometimes plugins like ‘autooptimize’ or a CDN or cache plugin setting can break things, too.
Not sure that helps. Just food for thought.
I don’t work here.

Hello humphreyjr,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your Theme’s layout. Everything seems to work as expected, without any problems. Try to clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
OK,

Hello Simon,
Please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything, sorry!

Hello,
Please check your widgets area and remove all elements under footer 1, 2 and 3: https://www.screencast.com/t/5fRvVTaPT
There is most likely a piece of code there that does not function properly.
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
First please try and deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package and clear all caching and purge CDN files if you use it. If a child theme is used switch to the main theme. Then check if this has any effect.
It could be a plugin that is causing the issue.
If the problem remains, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe you have strong caching, try clearing the cache after replacing the file, and purge CDN files if you use it.
If you still have problems, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information and FTP access, so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hello Catalin,
That is not it – I do not have any active caching system in place as you can see from the themes status report page. No CDN, no .htaccess caching rules, etc. and even if I try in a private browser with no cache, the issue persists and is making the theme unusable for us.
How can I send PM private login details so I can get some additional assistance?
Thanks, Kory
Hi,
The theme will create it’s own thumbnails from the featured images you set for your posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
These will be used on the blocks that you place on pages and used in various other locations on the website.
The thumbnail sizes can be enabled or disabled in the theme panel. For each thumbnail it is specified where it is being used

Hello popaxiom
Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. It is possible to be a problem with your theme installing and that’s why you bring this message. Notice that all the theme code was very deeper tested and verified and should not exist any error through it.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you say you turn off wp super cache and the issue is gone, please only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
As for cdn we recommend these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cdn/
Please contact your cdn host and ask about the cross origin fix for fonts as they should be able to shed light on the subject.
Thank you!
I tried the solution of adding the line to the htaccess and did get the same results as the others. I have cleared cached on my CDN and my WP Super Cache and still getting the Chinese characters. I have turned off my CDN inside of WP-Cache and still no luck.
The only thing that works is to turn off the WP Super Cache (All symbols return to normal).
I’m at a loss with choosing speed or correct characters, right now I’m leaning towards speed.
Hi,
I have just tested the responsive options and they seem to work fine on our end.

You trending block does not overlap anything but it does not work as well. This is because of this js error in your console:
