Hello Socialfeed,
Please ensure that this type of error does not come from your untested plugins. Also, if you have some additional customizations through code or CSS, please try to disable all of them, clear all your caches and try the theme to the default state. Also, if you are using the CDN system, please try to purge all the CDN files, clear all your caches and test again.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please make sure you increase the system status parameters as this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
That is a requirement for the theme to function properly.
Also you can test to see if it;s a plugin conflict by disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!

Recently I searched this: https://www.google.co.in/search?q=site%3Atomatoheart.com&rlz=1C1GIWA_enIN627IN627&oq=site&aqs=chrome.1.69i60j69i59j69i57j69i60l3.2831j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=site:tomatoheart.com&newwindow=1&tbm=vid
and there is no result 🙁
Even Google webmaster is showing 176 indexed video.

The only new thing, I did recently is that I switched to KeyCDN from Cloudflare . What’s wrong? Please help
Hello hemant90,
After further investigations, it seems that was a conflict between Mobile theme plugin and SEO By Yoast plugin. Try to delete the mobile theme plugin and install this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know ho it goes.

Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If there is a plugin conflict, this will remove it. If the problem is still there without plugins, please check your ssl implementation and remove your modifications to see if that is the cause.
Here is a guide on how to properly add ssl to WP: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/
Thank you!

Hi
Did you set any redirect for main site url? From page source seems that the original url is this one: http://screencast.com/t/UUqJx6CqD4 When the theme makes the ajax calls there need to be present the original url, not a redirected url. As can be seen from this screen: http://screencast.com/t/a0GJAKRDsS2V the requested address and the address who makes the requests are different.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using and also remove any redirects if you have any then test the site again.
Thanks!

Without using plugin to load FA, one could also likely simply add this to footer.php at bottom:

Hi
The theme shouldn’t request 16GB ram if the site have 500 visits, on our tests this never happen. Please check the WP Memory Limit from System Status and make sure that there is a set a high value: http://screencast.com/t/LUw3schkvYyo Also check this link for more details about updating php memory limit: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can also try to use a cache plugin and a cdn service for a better performance and to reduce server’s load: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Consider also using the query cache to optimize queries made to database: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/query-cache.html
Hope this helps!
Thanks!

Hello,
I have checked your site and saw that you have a js error in your console. Your tabs are not working currently. It’s probably a plugin conflict so try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
FOr the tab setup, you only need to create a tab element with 5 sections and add a big grid 5 to each section, then for each big grid, you need to specify a separate category from block settings. Please read this guide to learn how to filter posts inside blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
You have numerous errors, apparently introduced by Cloudflare. Test one of your posts with F12/console view in Chrome.
E.g.,
2www.exposingthenewage.com/:11 A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, http://ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/nexp/dok3v=0489c402f5/cloudflare.min.js, is invoked via document.write. This may be blocked by the browser if the device has poor network connectivity.

I’ve checked your site and now it works fine, however I’ve found some js errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/Gh0uR5rmsv which may affect the site.
If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the a site again.

Hello,
I ran a few tests with this widget and it works as expected: http://screencast.com/t/6qr6i64lo8T
Are you sure you have the right sidebar selected on your post?
If this is not the case, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hello vdaatland,
Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard. Also, please keep in mind that the unique articles do not depend on whether or not you are logged. Try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
