This is a code that breaks the html. It can come from a plugin or custom code modification. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you have the last version of the Newspaper (v9.5) then the empty page was removed, but you can sue it; If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip

Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled

Please keep in mind that we only use the default WordPress function wp_query() and also, we do not make any SQL Select for pagination, sorry! To improve your site performance you can try to reduce the number of queries (fewer blocks on the page, reduce the elements which use ajax requests/pagination like mega menus/load more/infinite load). Also, consider using a cache plugin and to improve the loading speed look the MySQL query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html We also use it on our demo. If you haven’t already, you can try a caching plugin, like WP Super Cache or Cloudflare CDN.

Please create a subdomain with afresh install of WP and the theme. no other optimization or extra implementation. Just default WP and default theme. And run a quick test there to see if the issue still affects the subdomain. We do not get such errors on our end
There are lots of factors that can influence such an error. Theme version, wp version, php version, plugins, code modification, cdn, ect.

This usually happens when there are multiple rewrites of the color used on the same element. In this case there is the default header color, then there is the color loaded by the demo and then there is the color change made from the theme panel. If you have a slow loading website you will be able to see all of these changes as css works in cascades. You should increase your page loading speed so this effect is less visible:
