Hey Vlad,
All plugins are deactivated except for the tagDivs ones. I’m not using a child theme or cache plugins and I’ve cleared my cache and tried on different browsers and devices. It’s still not updating.
Here’s our site: http://thecampuschronicleasu.com/
Thank you.
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 5(dom).. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello!
1. Make sure you save the changes after checking this setting because I tested and it should working well. If the problem is still there, then please start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. I observe the theme can see your inline ad, but in TagDiv Composer they will never display. I checked also your post page and I can see the inline ad but is empty, that’s why please verify if the code is correctly written and it’s working well.
Thank you!

How can we get rid of DOM content?
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/reishe.com/Qp9T3Ped/#
Med-High
Avoid an excessive DOM size
A large DOM will increase memory usage, cause longer style calculations, and produce costly layout reflows.
STATISTIC VALUE
Total DOM Elements 2,966
Maximum DOM Depth 28
Maximum Child Elements 26
Whenever I test gtmetrix, I get a warning about DOM content. Other newspaper-themed sites do not have such a problem. Why do I have my site? How do I get rid of around 3000 DOM content? Where am I making a mistake? How can I find a solution? Why might it be caused? I will be glad if you help …

Hi guys! Need some support!
I’m using version 9.5 of the Newspaper theme and I see that there’s an option to show or hide the sidebar on Woocommerce pages in the admin panel:
Template settings > WooCommerce template > Shop homepage + Archives
However I need to remove (not hide) the sidebar only from specific top-level archive pages via some code in functions.php or so… The sidebar has to stay on the child-level archives. How can I do this?
Thanks!
Hello!
First, make sure that our theme and plugins are up to date.
If you have all updates done, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
In the future, please try not to reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest.
Note that at the moment the Support team is not 24/7 available. We answer the topics from Latest to Newest Monday – Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM GMT+2

Hi,
Unfortunately, for the moment that option is using only a css that is hiding the login contact. If you want to remove it from load, you must remove it from theme code, for example you must comment the code from this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/register.php and this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
If you want you can set those files with commented code in a child theme to not lose the changes after theme update.
Hello,
I’ve uploaded the newest Newsmag theme (version 4.9.6) and overwritten the plugins we had using the ones that come in the zip file.
I’ve also uploaded the child theme (currently active).
Unfortunately none of them (main or child theme) seem to work in my site now.
The URL is the following (but first you’ll need to change your host file so farevela.net points to the IP: 31.47.77.24):
https://farevela.net/
The back office works but the front office shows the following error message:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘td_util’ not found in /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/functions.php:52 Stack trace: #0 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): {closure}(false, Object(WP_Query)) #1 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-includes/plugin.php(212): WP_Hook->apply_filters(false, Array) #2 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-includes/class-wp.php(658): apply_filters(‘pre_handle_404’, false, Object(WP_Query)) #3 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-includes/class-wp.php(748): WP->handle_404() #4 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-includes/functions.php(1291): WP->main(”) #5 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-blog-header.php(16): wp() #6 /srv/www/farevela.net/www/index.php(19): require(‘/srv/www/fareve…’) #7 {main} thrown in /srv/www/farevela.net/www/cms/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/functions.php on line 52
There has been a critical error on this website.
Lines 47 to 58 of functions.php are these:
add_filter( ‘pre_handle_404’, function($param1, $param2) {
$post_id = url_to_postid(“http://”.$_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’].$_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’]);
if (!empty($post_id)) {
$td_post_theme_settings = td_util::get_post_meta_array( $post_id, ‘td_post_theme_settings’ );
if ( is_array( $td_post_theme_settings ) && array_key_exists( ‘smart_list_template’, $td_post_theme_settings ) ) {
return true;
}
}
return $param1;
}, 10, 2);
Any advice welcome!
Thanks in advance.
Jose
