The tagDiv Composer was not made to be used on posts, this can be used on pages and cloud templates only!
If you are using cloud templates for your website, then the tagDiv Composer options should be in the WordPress top bar (just made sure that you have an admin role).
About the editors and possibility to edit. In the latest updates it looks that our developers set the permissions incorrectly and assigned the author’s attributions to the editor and vice versa, so the editors will be able to create only pages not cloud templates.
Since you are editing a cloud template, the changes to it will be reflected in all posts / categories / … of which it is a part of that cloud template and is set to be used.

As I said above, there is an issue with editing rights. Now for the editor role, editing with tagDiv composer will only be available on the page, not on cloud templates. So in order to have access to all the options, you need to have the role of administrator.

Hi benjaone1, the mobile menu can be set with tagdiv Composer only if a cloud template it is used, then from tagDiv Composer you’ll need to set on mobile port view and set the mobile menu that you want to use -> https://i.imgur.com/F4mbshi.png
If is a standard header, then the menu that will be used is the one from the responsive version, and in case that the mobile theme plugin it is used, then the mobile menu can be set from the theme panel > mobile theme > header > mobile menu.

Please make sure the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is updated and activated.
Those shortcodes and the error are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too, that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
So, please make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Post images are overlapping and not resizing correctly. I was facing this issue with some of the modules on homepage as well while creating post blocks.
Website is on OLS server, with Tagdiv Standard Pack and Composer activated. I can’t activate Cloud templates because it makes my website slower.
Deactivating Standard Pack solves this issue but messes up with website layout
I decided to change the header and that basically fixed things except on scroll on mobile:
The theme purchased from you consumes a lot of resources. I receive alerts from the hosting provider. I increased the hosting plan but the site still consumes a lot of resources. I still have a problem with the All in One SEO module which after the update does not seem to be compatible with the theme. Please give me some advice so I can reduce resource consumption. The problem seems to be from the tagDiv Cloud Library module. The moment I deactivate it, the resources used decrease drastically. The site is: https://www.tvpartener.ro
In fact, I should mention that the tagDiv Composer is not always available I am not sure why. I read somewhere that tagDiv works with cloud templates. Not sure of the implication of this for my post that I created by myself. I cannot edit them using tagDiv because that editor is almost always not available even as Editor and Admin of the site. The tagDiv appears only available when editing the home page. It disappears when I navigate away from the homepage. See screenshot

Hi,
While writing any new post with standard template I don’t see ability to edit with tagdiv composer. I can only edit single posts with tagdiv composer if I use templates from cloud library, is that correct?

I checked all links that you send but without success. After I edit the page using tag div composer, I can’t save it. Icon “save” is in an infinity loop.
I checked my WP Super cache plugin settings, my Cloudflare settings and I checked the firewall (modSecurity) on my Plesk.
What we can do to solve this?

I like my header as is, I just want the mobile menu.

Hi,
Our theme provide the possibility to set the ads using the theme builder tagDiv Composer, so it is possible that the developer to used the frontend to set the other two sidebars.
This documentation is the old one -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebar-ads/ that it is apply on standard templates (for those the ads are also set in appearance > widgets ).
For frontend are used cloud templates and ad box elements for ads.

Hello. I need help since the tutorial does not explain how to create or modify one from the cloud, could you please help me.

I recently updated to WordPress v5.9.2 and Newspaper theme v11.4.2. Since the update, I am not able to install any of the plugins including tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, and tagDiv Social Counter. It simply shows download failed and download forbidden error.

When this message appear “Errors at columns elements: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persist), this it is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and and it can be fixed using the page revision.
