Hi,
I’m using a theme through Cloud Templates and needed to set the site width to 1200px. By tweaking the code, I managed to do it. However, every time I load a page, the width flickers for a few seconds from the theme’s default extended width to the 1200px I set (on desktop).
That said, I also tried all the combinations available in the theme’s “Template settings,” but the issue remains. Could you please provide some guidance on where to intervene?

The posts you mentioned as examples are each using their own template.
If you have one template set as global, then the only option that can override it is is you manually set the other template per event https://prnt.sc/tjKfuf8zqcF2 Because if it’s on the “From Panel” setting then it should use the global template.
Are there many events that use that old template? If not, they could be edited and set to the from panel setting.

While we added options to refine the search for cloud header templates, for the mobile theme we didn’t unfortunately. And as far as I know there aren’t any immediate plans to add such an option. So the search will be performed as it normally would, displaying posts and pages.
If maybe you excluded pages from the desktop search, and you want to exclude them from mobile, you could use a plugin, it’s the easiest way. Like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/exclude-pages-from-search-results/ or a similar plugin. Then you won’t have pages in the search results anymore.

If the new server is more powerful, then moving the website there is for the best in the long term. I see the website score is very low. Besides cloudflare are you using caching/optimization? Autoptimize is great, and recently I saw that WP Optimize is a very good free plugin as well. In the premium range in my opinion nothing beats WP Rocket, it’s worth every penny.

I have tried clearing the cache, disabling all the Plugins, and also checked on different systems. Still not Editor is not loading.

I can’t say unfortunately. Maybe there is a conflict with the theme, we don’t regularly test elementor. You could use the composer we provide with the theme. I see you are trying to built an About page, there are a few ready made pages in our cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages
We recommend using our composer with the theme if possible. There can be conflicts if other page builders are used. I see the header and footer on the website are built with the composer, so you could use the composer to build the page content as well.

I see. And I believe you are using cloudflare APO as well. If so, is this option active? https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/ If not, please activate it.
By using that option for the menu there are two versions of the header. One that has the header menu and one that doesn’t. If the one that doesn’t have it gets cached, then that is displayed for everyone until the cache gets cleared. With the cache by device type enabled in cloudflare it should not happen anymore. But if it’s already active, then it’s pretty strange.

I’m using cloud templates for a few things. Replacing all of them with regular templates will take a lot of time. Is there a way to turn cloud templates to non-cloud templates?
All schema-related settings are disabled in the theme panel under General Post Settings. I now disabled breadcrumbs under Template Settings, but the problem didn’t go away.

Maybe the homepage can be restored. Are there revisions available? They should appear in the page edit screen like so https://prnt.sc/M75Cy7VMgDj4 These will allow you to restore older versions of the page, it the page worked before. The other solution would be to import a new homepage from the cloud library and use only the composer to customize it.
As Chris mentioned, it is indeed generally not advisable to edit pages with two builders, the result is usually that the page can’t be edited with neither of them anymore. But please check if you have revisions available and restore the page to working order.

The ‘Don’t load on mobile’ option is enabled, but I actually prefer it this way, as it prevents the menu from displaying on mobile devices in a landscape orientation.
Using Cloudflare for cache.
I also did not want to use 2 Builders but TD Composer is not as feature-rich and easy to use as Elementor, and I found it difficult to control as I wanted and did not have many additional add-ons, so I had to use both. I used it on a few of my previous websites and it was fine until I used it on my latest website. It worked fine at first but after importing some interfaces from TD Composer Cloud, it had problems.
I ran another test and uninstalled the theme plugins and installed them one by one. It seems that the ones causing the conflict are:
tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library.
When I activate tagDiv Composer, the page disappears, and when I activate tagDiv Cloud Library, the error appears. However, if I activate only tagDiv Cloud Library, the page is visible, but obviously it says that tagDiv Composer needs to be activated for it to work… I don’t know what other tests to do, and what worries me most is that I have several licenses for this same theme and I don’t want them to start failing.

Yes, I had already tried deactivating all the plugins and leaving only the theme plugins, and the problem persists. I deleted the plugins and reinstalled them, and the problem reappeared. Right now, I have all the plugins deactivated and the site is working, but when I reinstall tagDiv Cloud Library, the critical error reappears.

I use Elementor to build the homepage interface, at first everything was fine, however after I finished the homepage interface and switched to using Newpaper templates for blog interfaces, the homepage can no longer be edited with Elementor in the Elementor Full Width template. The content created by Elementor is completely hidden. I can only switch to the Elementor Canvas template to edit.
When I turn off TD Composer, it works normally again, so I think that TD Composer caused some error during the process of importing interfaces from the cloud, which hindered Elementor editing in the Elementor Full Width template.

Can you please do a test using only tagDiv plugins? This will check if there is a plugin conflict with an extra plugin that is not part from the theme.

The site was working fine, but an error was reported on the site. After testing all the plugins, I realized that when I deactivated this tagDiv Cloud Library, the error disappeared.
When activated, it causes this error: “There has been a critical error on this website.”
Hi Jayharel, do you use the standard template or the cloud templates?
Make sure that the breadcrumbs are disabled from the theme panel and there are also no elements on the template if it is a cloud, after that, please disable the schema from the theme and use the one from Yoast SEO.

TagDiv Composer is a page builder and it can be used on pages and cloud templates to create templates for your website, but not to create posts; those will be created normally using the WordPress editor.
