We did our research and this is not related with the plugins. It seems that
1) if you have many “Text with Title” elements which include text with brackets [ ], and 2) delete the text with the brackets in one of these elements,
tagDivComposer gets confused. Please have a look on the following video.

Just edit the page/template with tagDiv Composer and click on save -> http://prntscr.com/q26cjr, after that should be no problems, also this message cna reaper if you edit the page in backend and you save/publish/update it.

Sorry was my mistake, the file that need to be edit for comment section is in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/comments.php the file mentioned above contain only the path to the comment file -> http://prntscr.com/q24o5c unfortunately this can not be set in child theme, sorry!

My website is heavily dependent on data and wpdatatables and charts have worked successfully for me via WPBakery. However, as advised by tagdiv, I have tried to switch to the tagdiv composer but the shortcode does not seem to be compatible could you please advise if tagdiv and wpdatables are compatible.
My second query is regarding revolution slider. I have upgraded my version to 6 to make my website more dynamic. However, I have discovered that the full page (full screen) and full width sections do not work. Please note that I have also disabled WPBakery just to make sure there were no issues there.

Hi, I’m trying to customize the post template and according to https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ I have to take files from wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\parts\single to my child theme. In the Newspaper v10.1, I can’t find templates under that directory. However I can find them under \wp-content\plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper\parts\single. If I take template files from that directory, will it work in the child theme?

I need your help to implement logo to be displayed on mobiles (www.nejvicsportu.cz).
I work without standard pack, I follow your manuals but I am not able to succeed.
I use tagdiv composer, I put logo, I save but when I check on mobile I see there instead of my logo “NEWSPAPER DISCOVER THE ART OF PUBLISHING”.

Please notice that the mobile theme will not display the sidebar, there is no option for this.
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

The tagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and templates only, not for post, only for post templates, so if you want you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.

When editing a “Text with Title” element via TagDivComposer, it seems that when you leave the text area blank and save, the produced short-code markup does not contain the closing tag [/td_block_text_with_title]. This leads to a corrupted result as a whole.

Please notice that we do not recommend to use WPBakery this will causing problems, the Last version of the theme is base on tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, there fore we recommend to use the theme builder, tagDiv Composer, please deactivate the WPBakery and try to build a new homepage -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you have Newsletter v10.1

The new post page is blank. We have updated the the newsletter theme to 10.1 and WP is 5.3. The issue comes from tagdiv-composer 2.5 when we deactivate the plugin we don’t see the blank page and we can add posts. The issue looks to be from tagdiv-composer and we can’t keep it deactivated as the site will look bad.
