I will not be able to dedicate time to fixing all our page layouts in the new tagdiv composer for a while. In the meantime, it seems that my Widgetised Sidebar is no longer working, and it provides an important function on our home page, which is now missing/not showing. Can you help with this?

Am realizat actualizarea la versiunea 8 a temei și aș avea câteva întrebări să vă adresez:
- Reclama de sub articol (Article buttom) nu apare dacă fereastra browserului este îngustă (suficient încât să fie interpretat ca mobil), chiar dacă nu am dezactivat afișarea ei nici pe desktop, nici pe tabletă, nici pe mobil. Menționez că nu este reclamă AdSense, ci un script personalizat, iar această problemă a apărut și în versiunea precedentă a temei. - Cum fac să scap de acest loc liber pe pagina principală? Menționez că atunci când selectez „Block Header 13” (și nu doar), apare automat un câmp de text intitulat „Insert Your HTML Code Here…” de care nu reușesc să scap decât dacă introduc ceva (în cazul de față o line orizontală). Deci, se poate face ceva să nu mai am câmpul acela ori să scot spațiul gol?
- În tagDIV Composer există posibilitatea de a adăuga meniuri care se extind la clic. Mai precis, în celălalt Visual Composer aveam o opțiune de genul
[vc_accordion collapsible="yes" disable_keyboard="" active_tab="false"][vc_accordion_tab title=x], dar aici nu găsesc nimic similar. - Cele trei elemente din subsol se pot modifica la stilul 1, astfel încât să nu mai apară Alegerile Editorului, Articole & Categorii Populare?
- În pagina de sursă s-au efectuat modificări importante, sau pot adăuga liniștit codul pentru sursa 2 pe care mi l-ați furnizat mai demult?
- Titlul „Ultimele Articole” de pe pagina principală poate fi personalizat că nu se potrivește deloc cu celelalte? Nu știu dacă are relevanță, dar eu am păstrat pagina principală de dinainte; am șters din ea toate elementele WPBackery Visual Composer și am creat unele noi în noul Composer.
- Cum fac ca întreg conținutul modificat cu tagDIV Composer să fie afișat corect și pe mobil. L-am copiat în Mobile Editor, dar pagina arată așa…: https://www.screencast.com/t/4OfCmdvxfK
- Block-ul Text with Title din Visual Composer nu respectă rândurile libere lăsate în WP Editor decât la inserarea unui alt format de paragraf. Astfel, dacă în WP Editor am aranjat textul cu rânduri libere, în pagina actualizată de pe site nu îl voi vedea sub această formă, toate rândurile fiind puse unul în continuarea celuilalt până la întreruperea de un text H3, de exemplu. Exemplu concret
- News Ticker-ul nu respectă culoarea de fundal / text pe care o specific în Visual Composer.

When i deactivated the tagdiv composer and emptied the cache the visual composer is viewable/active again, but when i activate the tagdiv composer again ,then the visual composer disappears?

I just updated one of my sites to Newspaper 8 but I’m running into a few issues. I’d like to open a discussion about them here in case anyone else can use some help with similar problems.
When I try to use the new TD Composer, all I’m seeing is a blank page, and I’m unable to drag & drop any elements (as shown in picture below).

I’ve deactivated all plugins, combinations of plugins, flushed cache from site & browser, tried two separate browsers (chrome & firefox) but the issue persists. Any ideas are much appreciated!
Also, is it possible to increase the width of the site?

I would also like to add my point. I would love to use your new tagdiv composer, the only issue I have is that when enabled alongside the VC one, all my pages images get skewed. Would be nice to be able to enable it only 1 page at a time, so I can slowly transition my pages over to the new and better plugin.
I want to use your plugin, but currently it seems its an all or nothing solution.
Hi, I can’t see how to remove the margin or padding between the header and the first grid. I want my page to look like PhotoFolio or Say What where the first grid is directly under header with no white space between. I reduced margins and padding in the row settings to zero in Composer but that didn’t work.

As for #2, yes, I’d like a banner running across the top of every page of my site. You’ve confirmed it will take a modification of theme files to do that. What I want to put up is the site logo so that I don’t have to put a single image of the logo on every page.
Can you convey what modification of the theme files I must make to accomplish this? Thanks, tom
Hi,
Try disabling the tagDiv composer plugin and then activate Visual composer. Then see if the problem is solved. The new composer is active by default. This front-end editor should not be used in combination with Visual composer on pages.

But when i try to get a block still loading infinite. Also i can’t drop element.
At the moment i have tested it in a clear wordpress istallation, without any cache. Also Cloudflare is off.

I have the same problem. I reinstalled via ftp, desactivated all plugin. In my case, the problem appear when I reactivate Visual composer bakery. You advise to rewrite the post on a new page entirely with td composer. Does it mean that we are obliged to make a redirection to the new page in order to avoid duplicate content ?

Is there a way to increase main header logo icone size?

@ch.rammohan, Unfortunately, the TD-Composer has not been designed to be used on posts but only for pages, sorry! If you want to bring best theme results, you should use the TD Composer only for pages, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Please notice that our theme was improved by adding a new button’s style as you can see in our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/increase-users-engagement-add-custom-buttons-posts/ If you want to use the old shortcodes for these buttons, notice that the Visual Composer should have to be enabled.

Please keep in mind that it is not required to use TD Composer if you do not want to use it. It is just an optional plugin. You can remain on Visual Composer.

Please ensure that you do not use the TD Composer to edit the homepage which was made with Visual Composer because this can be the reason in this case. Try to make a new clean page and customize it from scratch via TD-Composer.

Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch via FTP on another sub-domain and check the results.

You can do it in visual composer as well. The woocommerce plugin is open to custom pages as shop pages so you can create it with whichever builder you want.

Yes indeed, we did not copy visual composer. We did not add all of it’s features in our builder. Some options are missing for the moment but we do plan on adding them in.
As for the content, you should be able to ad content to your site without issues as this video suggests: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2wGizMz4X0
You cannot add the features that are not present, yes, because they have not made it into the builder yet, but not everyone uses the extra options you mention like search box, rss, etc.
There will be more elements for the page builder for sure in future releases as this is our plan.
