You could change the color on the block titles in the sidebar depending on how you have the sidebar set. Please keep in mind that you do not use the right version of Visual Composer and that’s why you bring some errors in your console, sorry! You should use the version which comes bundled with the theme packet and wich is Visual Composer 5.0.1. Try to update your plugin via FTP way, remove the old version, clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CEDN system and check the results. Like I mentioned in the previous post at point 3, I only had iThemes Security, BackWPup and Visual Composer activated, and I disabled all of them, including Visual Composer, just to see if it might be the problem. So, I checked with all plugins disabled. I don’t use Jetpack (I usually delete it from start), a caching plugin or a CDN at this point, since I just installed WordPress and the theme, and I can’t really move further with the project since I can’t upload images.

This could be happening when the complex visual composer elements present on your page, make multiple ajax requests under heavy visitor traffic. You should try to reduce the number of requests, like block pagination, ajax filter etc. from each of the block settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Also make sure you have updated Visual composer – along with the theme update. Alternatively this can be caused by a plugin, so you could deactivate all of them if possible, except visual composer and check the results. Please check to see if there are any redirects being made in your htaccess file. Also deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files. Please also check any custom code you may have entered in theme panel or added to the theme files. If you are using a child theme switch to the main theme.

Yes, it is true. The Mobile Theme is faster than the normal theme for mobile. This was a new concept which was implemented in our theme and as you see, this is an optional plugin. Please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the page content created with Visual Composer for mobile theme. You seem to have made almost all of the important debugging steps except the most important one which I suspect is the culprit. A plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This issue can be created by the photon feature of jetpack or another plugin that needs access to images.

Is the TagDivmobile theme faster than the normal theme for mobile? I had the Tagdiv mobile theme installed but there seems to be a conflict with visual composer. The content in About us page and some other pages doesn’t display. How do you fix that?
I’ve put it back to the normal theme but it seems slower more sluggish.

Both visual composer and revolution slider cannot be “activated” using a key as they are free versions and free versions do not have activation keys. Please ignore any at all activation messages from revolution slider and visual composer. You already have full access to the plugin features and you can use it without activation legaly and safely. It’s just a missing condition from the plugin authors for the free versions and we cannot make any changes to the plugins as it will break the license agreement we have with the plugin authors.

The social counter issue could be linked to the same plugin conflict. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. That way you can test the theme without plugins as they are the number 1 reason for styling issues.

I’ve seen that this issue has happened to many people, but I believe this is a different situation, since it only happens on the Newspaper theme. I’ve tried a default theme from WordPress and the images upload just fine.
I’ve just installed WordPress and the theme, so everything’s fresh and up to date. I care to mention that:
- The images are optimized – no large files or anything like that;
- The names of the images are written properly, without any strange characters in them;
- I’m not using WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer, which are known to cause this issue. I just have iThemes Security, BackWPup and Visual Composer at the moment, which I disabled and still got the issue;
- I’ve set the memory limit to 64MB, and even up to 96MB, but the issue still occurs;
- Everything in the theme’s System Status is green and properly set;
- I’ve switch to the parent theme from the child theme, but still no difference;
- Suhosin is not installed on the host.
Ran out of options here :D. Let me know if you need more info or the WordPress admin credentials to check the situation yourselves.

You have to create a sidebar and assign it to your categories. On pages you create the sidebar in the visual composer page builder. Where i can get my Visual Composer key for Newspapers theme

I have updated Visual Composer, cleared the cache but unfortunately the problem is still there.
Additionally I’d have another question. We are using Tables by Supsystic plugin, where in order to publish the tables on pages we need to use shortcodes. Unfortunately, the tables on pages do not look like the originally set up one (styling, size…) Any idea what might cause the issue?
