It is always recommended to use the visual composer version that comes with the theme: http://screencast.com/t/eOUcAPnx
Please only use this version. if for some reason this version does not work on your end, please remove all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. The plugin is included in the theme package and it works with the theme as it was meant to.

I suspect your problem comes from your untested plugin. If you check our demo, you do not have this error. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
After this workaround, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the issue.

I’m a bit surprised you have no idea about WPML, it is one of the most popular wordpress plugins for multilingual support, but it’s not the point.
I’m not asking for support about WPML: although not officially supported, it works quite well with Newspaper, I developed several multilingual sites using Newspaper and WPML, and in any case the compatibility issue is NOT between WPML and Newspaper, but between WPML (and many other plugins) and 4.9.2 version of Visual Composer.
I believe that also Visual Composer producer, WPBakery, has noticed that 4.9.2 release has some issues, and in fact the current version of Visual Composer is 4.11.
But I can’t update the plugin because I’ve purchased as part of Newspaper, that’s all.

I have tested oy my side an image with custom link and everything works fine. The problem might be caused by your untested plugin which you are using. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

BBpress has it’s own breadcrumbs and I’m not sure how they are not displaying on your end as people usually have trouble removing them (they had to delete parts of the code from the plugin files to do it). Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and bbpress, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the breadcrumbs again.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

i have created the page with the visual composer http://www.koimoi.com/box-office-bollywood-films-of-2015/
on this page i am not been able to see the neither older WordPress default comments nor there is the option to enter the new comments .
where as if i have normal WordPress page (without the visual composer) http://www.koimoi.com/box-office-bollywood-films-of-2011/
i do have the option to add new comments and view the older comments too.
is there any way to get the older comments + the comments enabled on page which is created/modified with visual composer.

Unfortunately, the WPML plugin is not a tested plugin and it is not found through our list of tested plugins as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/MvYoE9pBqaUN We have no idea about the functionality of this plugin and about the impact over the behaviour of the theme and we cannot provide support for this types of plugin, sorry!
Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure when will be the next theme update and the next update for the Visual Composer sorry! Our developers work hard and only they can decide the exact date when the update will be released.

I just downloaded the latest version of Newspaper with the included plugins and installed everything. But while in the past vertical position with VC was no problem. Now I can’t get it too work. Tried many things, but can’t figure out what the problem is. Could you maybe point me to the right direction or is it maybe VC bug?

Please make sure that your untested plugins which you are using do not affect the behavior of the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please make a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work.
Unfortunately, I cannot recreate your issue and on my side, the fonts work fine by default.

I have installed newspaper ( Version : 6.6.5 ) on 2 sites :
1 ) in the first automatically installed visual composer . 4.9 and it works fine
2 ) in the second site you have installed ( automatically ) visual composer version 4.9.2 .
Visual composer in this case does not function properly. I tried to uninstall and install again but it does not go. I assume that by installing version 4.9 could solve the problem. How can I do to install the version 4.9 as it automatically installs me the 4.9.2 version?

it’s not directly connected with your theme, ok, but bugs and compatibility issues related to Visual Composer 4.9.2 (we’ve just found another one, this time with WPML plugin) are becoming really annoying: it is hard to develop sites in these conditions, having to disable and re-enable plugins to do tasks that before the last update worked perfectly.

Please try the following. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This should rule out a plugin conflict you might have. If the problem is still there, check for any custom code added to the theme or modifications to the homepage (rows added inside other rows will cause the layout to break)

I’m not sure how you implement your videos but you need to try a different method of implementation as the one you use is not responsive. It has a fixed with: http://screencast.com/t/fpnn2u3v so it will display fine in desktop but it will break in tablet and mobile.
As for the block 9, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn. This will rule out a plugin conflict. Also if you have any settings on the visual ccomposer row, please reset them to the defaults. You can also recrete it on a blank page and only use block 9 and the slide element. Duplicate images on smart lists usually are the result of using the Photon feature of the Jetpack. If you use this feature please disable it as it is known to cause issues with our theme.
If the problem is still there, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear your cache as other plugins could also conflict with the smart lists. Also, if you are using “strange” characters (!@#$%^&*/”- etc) in ALT tag, the image will be twice. I have added this issue to our list of fixes and in next major updates will solve this problem. Until we will fix this issue, please try to remove these kinds of symbols in ATL tag for better results.

I’ve checked your site and on mobile version I found a js error in browser console. This error seems to be related with theme js: http://screencast.com/t/obNbampt4XM and could affect theme functionality.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
