Hello @zagasir!
If you mean this style: https://prnt.sc/tUzN5XsrVKoc, then this is a default one and can’t be modified in the TagDiv Composer. So, you can’t edit the gray edges.
Which is the 16th template? If it is a cloud one and can be edited with the TagDiv Composer, then we have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A -> https://prnt.sc/icoqdTR9_DMS
Thank you!
Hello @stefanegirard !
You can delete the text Pulses PRO from there and let only your logo to appear: https://prnt.sc/7LbqhQhKNbid
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD or you can delete this element.
You can customize the mobile header as you wish in the TgaDiv Composer.
Edit the single post template with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport and make sure you have the element called single post content.
Thank you!
Hi,
From my desktop
On my Homepage: When I click on the Phone Viewport, I have a mobile menu (not configured – PULSES PRO appearing) with a magnifying glass and a burger menu.
If I click I have a menu sliding or a sliding research (not configured). So different from my desktop view.
Without being connected with the back office (therefore without Composer): When I shrink the Chrome window to a minimum (to simulate mobile view): the configuration of the Homepage seems ok (responsive, one column) therefore I see the mobile menu with a magnifying glass and a burger menu. I can see the content but when I click on an image or a title, I do not see the content of my post. Only title, main image and popular posts below. Just like on my cell phone.
I do not use AMP plugin
Thanks

Hi,
I suggest using WP Rocket plugin.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hi,
A workaround can be to save an element or row: https://www.screencast.com/t/kVxpDT9SV in the tagdiv composer, so you can add it on every other page. The saved elements can be seen at the end of the other blocks when you add an element in the tagDiv Composer.
For the tab, only the tabbed content can be used, or if the plugin provides a shortcode, you can add it in the page using column text.
Thank you!
Hello @rockman008 !
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
You can add the ad box element in the tagdiv Composer and add the code there in the mobile viewport. Read all about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
Hi stefanegirard, it looks that you are using the Newspaper theme on that website, therefore you can edit the homepage and also edit the cloud header using tagDiv Composer, then select the separator element above the menu and delete it. Also the one below is set on cloud header, for that select one element from menu, then select the header menu an remove the shadow – https://i.imgur.com/SJkfyCZ.png (set it on 0).
I hope this will help you!
Dear Bettina,
please understand that I have checked any templated created with tagdiv composer. There is no such modal button.
The code appears on any page (posts, pages, homepage, category pages, archive pages, …). So, it is universally included in the theme.
In the code surrounding the links, I can find classes like “td-coaching-mm” which indicates that the Coaching header has been used. This, in fact, has never been the case.
So, I assume there is a technical glitch with the theme and I would be really grateful if someone of your team could take a look.
Thank you!
This does not come from wp rocket, we have already called wprocket support and we also tested by deactivating ALL modules… the problem is still present by deactivating all models except tagdiv.
Yes, when we go to tagdiv composer, we see the page correctly, it is on the visitor website side that it is not displayed correctly.
Hi Anamaria,
I know that pages can be made in the Composer, I just wondered if there was a faster way.
Using the composer I have to build the sidebar by hand every time, change font formatting to match the rest of the site (assuming Rubik is a use able font here, haven’t checked!), manually add in the drop cap (presumably using a custom class), and probably more, all of which is simply time-inefficient. It also stops me using the Kadence ‘tabs’ block – you offer a similar block, however it’s fed by pages, rather than in-line content. Replacing these on my pages would not only require creating a load more pages, but would also again not be consistent across the site.
I don’t know if what I’m looking for is actually possible, or if I’m the odd one out for having predominantly text-based pages with little in the way of flashy stuff ?
I’ll have to just keep doing it by hand though, I suppose.
Hello @dlicoppe !
Do you use the lazyload from Wp Rocket plugin?
I can see that you have some 404 errors from Google Tag Manager.
If you check the page in the tagdiv Composer, then this is loading as it should, or not?
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and delete this element: https://prnt.sc/yNg-r4_qiiB9
Thank you!
Hello Paolo!
If you updated the theme to the latest version, then you need to activate the Standard Pack plugin in order to have all the default templates available.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features. Please check out our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
You can redesign the website using the tagdiv Composer, or import the cloud template you like from the Cloud Library, or install an entire demo (without content) with design only.
You can reproduce this block as well using Flex Block 1 for example: https://prnt.sc/CKfblif2FWAJ
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
The problem is that in page view from any browser this line in subfolder is visible with theme default text, but when I switch in tagDiv composer mode this line is invisible. You will see it in screenshots:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JEtcfz7vttpBtSrjWPTgWeVnTMrbLfsS?usp=drive_link (copy link in any browser it is my google drive)
Other method I try to use is Theme panel in footer section is sub-footer sub-section, i can edit there but just in case when footer template is set to none. As I use Cloud template Parenting Pro than I can’t change anything.
Please help.
Hello!
I can see that you have a lot of errors in the console. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
I do have a problem updating the Theme. Here is the website: https://evergreenseeds.com/
I have an old version and the theme has not been updated since 2019, when I proceed with the update all get messed up.
-Is there a way we can use the same header and footer in the updated theme? These seem to be the parts harder to replicate.
For example, how to replicate the “Header style” and “Footer Templates” in the latest theme version?
– Also there are some blocks not available in the tag div composer plugin’s latest version. We were using those blocks in our Homepage.
Thanks, Paolo
Hello @stefanegirard !
There is no layout for the mobile theme on your website. Your mobile version looks the same as your desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
Do you use AMP plugin instead?
Thank you!
Hello @javid!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
Our developers are aware of this issue and try to synthesize the composer, which is big, and fix the major problems of the theme and speed.
A cache plugin doesn’t help much with page speed.
Please note that page speed or optimization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello Anamaria,
The problem is that when I open page in tagDiv composer, this sub-footer part aren’t there. Page ends with footer.
Hello Joachim!
The code appear once. You need to have this element in the tagdiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/2jirgQ8saHKR or https://prnt.sc/CVnEZuEb-LHp (it looks like a button if you enable the button as a trigger.
Thank you!
When I try to activate tagDiv Composer plugin this error comes and i cannot even login to the admin panel. Please help me rectify this problem
Hi,
You need to edit with tagDiv Composer and change the font for each element that you want https://i.imgur.com/xp4zoTb.jpg
-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Also, you can use global font from Manager(Website Manager) -> Global fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/iY0bh4Y.png

Hi,

Thank you!
Hello,
Please edit with tagDiv Composer, scroll until footer, select the element where is the text, and after you can change it https://i.imgur.com/VgQWgBF.png

Hi,
Please check this guide https://wpengine.com/resources/how-to-add-google-search-in-a-wordpress-site/
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
