This one looks easy but having spent hours searching through DivMag Composer, I can’t work it out !
At the foot of all of my simple posts, I have a bunch of default social media icons plus a random column of “Recent Posts”, I don’t want either of these so how do I remove these from posts as the various template options don’t seem to include them ?
Also, how do I add my own footer to the bottom of default posts as I can only find options for pages, not posts ?
1. You need to enable the excerpt on the posts loop -> https://i.imgur.com/xyAVdqp.png for this you need to use the tagDiv Composer, edit the page, select the posts loop and search for “excerpt”.

When you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you want to have 2 menus on mobile, then you’ll need to use 2 different mobile menus, you can use the mobile menu (the hamburger) and the mobile horizontal menu -> https://i.imgur.com/K605rlQ.png and just select with tagDiv Composer the menus that you want to display on mobile.

Ok, after creating the menu there, you need to edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer. There you should add the mobile menu: https://prnt.sc/C9fLM9rklQmC and choose the menu you need to display there.

By editing a page with TagDiv Composer you could delete elements but also the row called “Empty column”.
You could try to delete it like this: select the row, press the button delete from your keyboard, then with your mouse select “YES”.

We are using the Newspaper theme on our website. We noticed that our editor role does not have access to “tagdiv composer” so they are unable to “Edit with TagDiv”, only the regular edit privileges.
Can someone help explain how to give Editor this access?

I did a template with the TagDiv Composer.
I wrote a post and everything was fine.
After one week I used the same template to do another post.
I wrote the new post, but my first post changed too.
Both have the same text new, the new text.
How can I make change in the text for just the new post?

On NEWSMAG5 there no longer appears to be a means to change the “Trending Now” title wording to some more appropriate title for my site. There used to be a “Custom Title” field but now there is nothing in TagDiv Composer that does the job.
Anybody know how to do this ?

Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager and check if the header and footer are there and it is not selected “No footer”. Check in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and see if you have the footer template. If not, then please install a footer template from the Cloud Library or build it from scratch by uploading a blank template.

2. The Page 1 of 2 are part from pagination, so if you want to change the pagination, then you can do it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/zYiWvtR.png if you want to remove only that text, then please use this custom css:

Please set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.

If is only on one specific page, then please use the revisions https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/ because it is possible that the problem to be from the last changed from that page/ cloud template.

Hi MMonthego, I think that there is a misunderstanding. If you are using the Newspaper 11 then the Website manager will be there, but this will allow like you said to, check the fonts, color, activate sticky header and import cloud headers (you can assign global or individual headers), but to edit them you need to use the tagDiv Composer, select the elements form the header zone just like those form content zone.

Hi,
When you see only shortcode (raw code) then it is because some plugins are not enabled, in this case some theme plugins. Please check in Newspaper > plugins and make sure that tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack are enabled.
IN case that there are still some schotcode can be from social counter plugin, newsletter or other theme plugins that were used.

Regarding to the ads, you have some errors in the console. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Please make sure that you set the child theme like in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ you need to set in the child theme the files from -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag for header files you need to copy the header style that you are using -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header
