That page was made using tagDiv Composer or Bakery? Right now I see that there are 6 columns, but each of theme are 100% width (code that it is coming from Bakery).
I think it should be looking something like this https://i.imgur.com/pE2kkMx.jpg for this, please make a test and disable the Bakery.
If the page was made with that builder, then there are 2 solutions. To recreate that page in tagDiv Composer, or to try a custom css.

If not all posts are displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. This can be done by duplicating the cloud header that you are using and in one cloud header set the H1 to be enabled and in the other one disable it. After that set the one that it is most used for your website as global and the other one set it as individual using the tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates.

I see two solutions for this.
1. You use that cloud header as individually only on the homepage (using the header manager) and set a different header as global (a header that is not set as overlay).
2. Edit that cloud header with tagDiv Composer and change it from overlay to default -> https://i.imgur.com/ibUcaWt.png and set a background color or image.
Also If you want you can import two scuba headers and one use it like it is with hover on homepage and the otter one set it as global for the rest of the website, but edit it and change the overlay to default (and set a background color).

Please deactivate, delete and re-install the tagDiv plugins (tagDiv composer, tagDiv cloud library, tagDiv Social Counter) and see if the problem persists.

This is the error we receive when editing the template in tagdiv composer.
We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!

It seems that apart from the Sticky option in the Tag Div Composer, the Smart Sidebar option in the Theme panel also had to be disabled.
The option can be accessed via:
Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Smart Sidebar

We have been using WPML and tagdiv for a long time. As I have mentioned, we had no problem translating cloud templates, including, single, category, menus, author etc..and setting them. Settings in the documentation you sent are already checked.
Please re-read my initial question. Mobile cloud templates do not apear in the dashboard. It’s only visibile in the single language tagdiv composer website manager; duplicating it there do not help it to appear in the dashboard

Please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I’m arranging mobile page templates for our multilanguage site. For the language adaption; I duplicate the cloud template that I want, change name and url and connect translations with WPML. It works very fine

Also, preferable to allow adding the portfolio slideshow or list in tagdiv composer page editor.

Please make sure that in the TagDiv Composer the text color is selected white. Click on the square and choose white or paste #fff.

Please let me know what header style you use.

The H1 must appear only once on the page/post and must be applied to an important element for SEO, usually placed on the logo.

When editing the template in TD Composer both blocks look correct. I just tried your idea of copying the style from the lower box that is correct and pasting it into the top box. It still looks correct within TD Composer, but it is wrong on the front-end.

EDIT: I installed Healthcheck & Troubleshooting. Enabled Newspaper and the required plugins. So all other plugins were disabled except for those required by the theme. The problem still exists.
