Today we’ve installed Cloudflare on our WordPress emprunter-malin.com which is using TagDiv Composer.
Since we made this last action every pictures disappeared from website.
Whereas we followed all the instructions from the link you can find here : https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
So we need your help to understand and fix this problem as soon as possible.
The trouble appears only on pages such as emprunter-malin.com/calculez/ and on the home page emprunter-malin.com.
The problem doesn’t happen on posts.

I’m having trouble linking the wordpress user to the author box.
I’m using an author cloud template, and have used theme panel to link the user to the template. However, I still can’t see the gravatar image and it says ‘author name’ instead of my actual name.
In the tagDiv composer, it says on hovering the ‘author ID’ field:
Hover name from Users screen to get the ID
So I’ve done that and tried putting in the WordPress User name, but nothing happens. I’ve tried all the user names and none of them work.
Any ideas what I’m missing?

No, it won’t update automatically because they are independent from each other. So, if you will change the desktop page, then you should go to your mobile page and change it there too.
If you will choose to use a responsive version, then you won’t have this problem.
A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

Then edit a post normally(not with TagDiv Composer), scroll down to the post settings and there you can choose which ever template you want from the “Post template” setting.

That’s weird because the settings made with tagDiv Composer should apply. Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.

Yes, it is true because the functionality from single related posts block was moved in the flex blocks. For example, add a flex block, go to the filter tab of the element’s settings and from the dropdown category filter you can choose between: Single – More from author, Single – Related by category, Single – Related from tags.
The original single related posts block is not available to be added in TagDiv Composer anymore.

I’ve checked your website and it seems to work just well, no posts or pages are open in a new tab. Please clear your cache and try again.
Please edit with TagDiv Composer that page and please check the element’s settings. It could be an offset or a filter which causes the problem. Let the offset field empty with no space, no value.

The magnific popup code is shown as unused js.

This has been resolved now!
Further investigation discovered there was a conflict between TDComposer and one of the legacy third-party plugin. Removed the legacy plugin and its working now.

I am using Newspaper11 and I am not able to change especially the colors for any widget using TDComposer.
When I choose colors in TDComposer, the newly selected color does not get updated either in the Color picker or the target widget etc.
However if I make change to any ‘Text’ based options like padding, margin, excerpt length, or any such field in TDComposer which is text based then TDComposer works fine but color picker related functionality is not working at all.

Note that you don’t can use both builders in the same time, so you need to choose between WP Bakery and TagDiv Composer.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.

Single related posts block is missing in TD Composer. But can be easily found in imported templates from Library.
Absolutely it is installed. We wouldn’t be able to get the “woo add to cart” component from the TD Composer. We are patiently waiting. We want to get this issue resolved ASAP so we can move forward and get this site out of the way.
I am trying to add a code from Media.net advertising into the custom code section for my homepage using the td composer but the add is not displaying and media.net cannot see the code which they say should be placed in the body of where I want the add to appear. I assume by pasting the code in the custom ad field it will add it to the body. See screenshot link here https://prnt.sc/16oc3w6. Let me know how to get this to work.

To answer your questions,
In Newspaper Theme Panel> Template settings> Show Breadcrumbs is enabled. The breadcrumb should therefore appear on all pages, which was the case before the update.

I have more than 300 pages and 1100 articles in my site, so I cannot check them all but it seems that the pages made with Visual Composer do not have the breadcrumb while those made with the classic editor have the breadcrumb.
The breadcrumb is present in all the posts that I have consulted and they were made with Visual Composer.

I’ve got it fixed. Thank you Anamaria. We always think that everything can bet set with the TD Composer and often forget the Theme Panel.
