I do not think that you can remove a code in datbase.
That code is set on this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php you can remove the classes and those should no longer be display in the page source -> https://i.imgur.com/GhVg2U2.png but this will also remove the css from those elements. maybe there is a better way to find out why the Gtranslate plugin is in conflict with those elements.

The content is bolded because there is a 600 bold set on it. I think that you have some custom css set in the theme panel https://i.imgur.com/yCfrL9x.png and this need to me changed from font-weight: 600 !important; to font-weight: 400 !important;
Or you can use this custom css for mobile theme:
body .td-post-content blockquote p {
font-weight: 400 !important;
}
Set the code in the theme panel > custom code> css.
