Hi @INSPIRELLE
I’ve tested the sharing buttons from Jetpack within a smart list 4 and they works fine with the latest version of the theme, V 2.3.5: http://screencast.com/t/l6oYMPJwISA5
I am not sure why they are not displayed correct on your site but I suspect that it’s a css issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Jetpack, also from Jetpack live only Sharing module active, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist update the theme at the current version available on themeforest following our update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and test again.
Before the update process make sure you do a full backup to the database and your current wp-install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry for misunderstanding, I thought tha you were referring to the tagdiv modules/blocks. The Custom Heading element is apart of Visual Composer and the fonts available for it and other VC elements comes from the plugin so I cannot provide a solution to add a new font, sorry!
A solution is to use custom css for it in Theme Panel > Custom Css as the google fonts are already loaded by the theme – http://screencast.com/t/BIZuyagD5br
.vc_custom_heading {
font-family: Questrial !important;
}
In addition for the google fonts provided with the theme, you can add more fonts as maybe we have missed some, please check this topic as reference – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-want-use-to-use-hindi-font-mangal-onto-my-website/ and it will be available on panel.
Thanks!
Hello friends,
I need your help to solve my problem with article title in article list page. I want to make it black color, CSS code I’ve edited works good but when I mousover the excerpt or image of the article title turns into white color.

Thank you guys.
Hi everyone of tagdiv,
after searching the forum for hours – but still not finding the right answer, I hope you can help me again…
Please take a look on the attached photo and follow the red arrows. On these selected boxes and single post page is always a little grey shade on top of the photos.
Can you give me the CSS codes on how to remove these shades.

You can take a look at http://www.pureglam.tv
It should be – “Slide, Big Grid4, Block1, Block14”
For most magazines it looks great but for my blog – it is not perfect… 🙂
Thank you for your assistance…
Best
Vanessa
Hello Mijo,
I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected. I checked your website and saw that you have some custom CSS code that could cause some interference between color code and this could overwrite the code that you added in the Theme panel. Please try without any custom CSS code and see how it work.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hi,
The bar is added from your code and have a specific css and it doesn’t come from Newspaper theme – http://screencast.com/t/zeyGaE61s it is like an advertisement for myfonts. You can do a clean theme install on a subdomain and see that the theme doesn’t have such of preview bar. I suggest to contact the font’s author and ask about this.
Thanks!

Hi There,
Yep, I have followed the instructions.
Remove a part of code in tagdiv_theme and added the given customized css code.
Here’s the link to our dev site – Travel2next

I’ve noticed that when using speed booster, the site seems to load CSS last or something and the site looks very ugly for a brief moment. For instance, all of the H tags do not have their font applied until later and they show very strangely which does not look right.
Anyone else see this?
Edit: I’ve tried again recently and this does not seem to happen as prominently. Will continue to test…

I’m using W3TC and Cloudflare with Flexible SSL enabled. I’ve disabled minification on Cloudflare and am using W3TC to reduce the number of requests. I do basic minification of CSS and html, but not JS since minifying JS breaks images on my front page. I also combine all CSS into a single file and JS into a single file to reduce the number of requests to my server, which also has the benefit of removing query strings so I can be sure all my CSS, JS, and HTML is being cached correctly by any caching proxies between me and my readers. Minifying html also improves pagespeed slightly since Cloudflare doesn’t cache or optimize HTML.
This also has the added benefit of not having to do a manual process every time I update my Newspaper theme.
Obviously, I’ve also disabled Cloudflare in the W3TC plugin so it doesn’t know I’m using Cloudflare. This means if I do feel the need to clear my Cloudflare cache for some reason, I have to do it manually from the Cloudflare website.

Hello bhadrabalaram,
The code that I gave you above, are applied only for the certain category but not only for posts. If you want to hide them on posts, you have to use another CSS code.
The code is ->
.td-post-title .td-module-meta-info {
display:none;
}
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about your desired changes so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hi,
Please enable only necessarily plugins and test your page on google pagespeed tool then use this guide to fix your issues – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ In terms of speed we have made a page speed guide and covered the most important aspects that google notifies you of ( image optimization, js/css render blocking and more..) and based on which it classifies and grades your site’ regarding speed. I suggest to follow this guide, solve those issues and after you can do more investigations after..
Thanks!
Hi Catalin,
Thanks, will use the CSS method.
Hi,
I guess that you did not applied this on your live site, so I cannot customize this on your site.
Please check Marius solution from this topic, he also provided a css code and it should work – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/view-numbers-in-block/
Thanks!
Hi there, how to fix this? http://prntscr.com/9vheya
thank you
Am adaugat codul in Custom CSS din Theme panel si nici un rezultat. Puteti vedea rezultatul pe thehikers.ro .
Hello Don Luigi,
If you want to remove definitively this white space, please try the code below and add it in the Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is->
.td-crumb-container {
display:none;
}
This code could affect other theme functionalities because each container from the theme has one purpose.
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/W3EUa5GOK
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about your desired changes so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Hope this helps!

Hello gunner05,
With the CSS method, this kind of tab will be hidden but it works on the backend. If you want to remove this, you have to remove from the code. You should alter the template named td_module_related_posts.php like that:

Hope this helps!

Hi,
Unfortunately the pinterest network is not available for Social Counter plugin and I cannot provide an accurate answer it will be available in future. It is on our list but the developers will decide which network will be implemented for Social Counter, it depends how many users request it or other network. We plan to improve the Social Counter in future.
Regarding the number you could hide the number of the fans/followers for specific network using custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css, but I cannot access you site and you did not specified which one you want to hide – http://screencast.com/t/mnhsSKVmLgL or if you want to hide all of them you could use @nf_prt solution.
Thanks!
Hello Akpan
I would like to minify Javascript, CSS and HTML because my pagespeed score is not enough good. I would like to know if I I can use the same GTmetrix way to minify Javascript and HTML as well.
To do that, Do I must to replace the optimized file instead the former?
Thanks
We’ve been using preview fonts from myfonts.com in our Newspaper6 site, currently visible at http://79.170.40.247/wellbeingofwomen.org.uk/
We now have a myfonts.com preview bar at the top of the site that we can’t seem to remove.
We have now purchased the fonts we need, but we’re not sure what to do next.
The blue bar seems to appear due to these lines of code in our head tag:
<script src="http://easy.myfonts.net/v2/js?sid=250385(font-family=Geometria+Bold)&sid=250387(font-family=Geometria+ExtraLight)&sid=250395(font-family=Geometria+Medium)&sid=250397(font-family=Geometria)&key=Kiee4jHq8u" async="" type="text/javascript"></script>

However, we’re not adding this code ourselves. It’s not visible in View Source, so it seems to be added dynamically by the Newspaper6 theme.
We’re not entirely of the steps we took to get to this stage, but we’re guessing it was via the Custom Fonts page in the Theme Panel – either in the ‘Custom font files’ section, or the ‘Typekit.com Fonts’ section.
In the ‘Typekit.com Fonts’ section, we did enter some custom javascript that we got from myfonts.com (not sure if this would even work). We have since replaced that with an empty script tag, but the preview bar remains at the top of the site.
How can we remove this preview bar?
Hi,
You can try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css and see how it works, of course adjust it like you wish:
.td-post-template-12 .td-post-header .td-a-rec > div {
margin-bottom: 0;
margin-top: 0;
}
.td-post-template-12 .td-post-header .td-post-title {
margin-top: 0;
}
If doesn’t work please be more specific and provide some screenshots.
Thanks!
Hi
You can change the font size from the text inside smart-lists using this css: http://screencast.com/t/SXXxKL9dChg
.td-sml2-description p{
font-size: 14px!important;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
js_composer.min.css – the css code that comes from Visual Composer plugin
style.css – theme’s css
tagdiv_theme.js – theme’s javascript code

Hi
Thanks @Chris for your tips!
@ajblock7 first you need to add a css class for the word, like here: http://screencast.com/t/sd1G4nxW then add this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css:
.colored-text{
color: #439899;
display: inline-block;
margin-bottom: 0;
}
The result should be like here: http://screencast.com/t/igDXT67C
Thanks!
Hello SkyFist,
Please try using the Post template Style 5 because this kind of feature does not have the featured image to the top of the article. -> http://screencast.com/t/6JwwPbI1b or you can use a bit of CSS to hide the featured image container. Please try the code below and add it in the Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-post-featured-image {
display:none;
}
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
