If you want to install a different demo, you can do so directly without manually uninstalling the Default Pro pre-built website. This should resolve the problem.
Alternatively, you can try disabling all plugins except the tagDiv plugins and then attempt to uninstall the Default Pro pre-built website again.

Hello, I purchased a license Newspaper for the Newspaper 12.7.1 theme and installed it on my website https://folhadegoias.info. The activation appears as “successful” in the popup, but then returns to “UNREGISTERED”. I have already updated plugins, PHP and checked the firewall. I need urgent support to register correctly, as I want to import the Newsweek PRO demo.

There is no specific error in tagdiv Composer. The problem is that the same error continues right after the DEMO installation after initializing the hosting (server).
And of course, the same error occurs when using other types of browsers.

BlockChain PRO pre-built theme (including content) has been successfully installed.
After that, the first section of the homepage works normally on large screens. However, on mobile (small screens), there is an issue where the pages overlap behind the menu, or the screen is cut off and overlaps again after a little manipulation.
It seems that the basic settings such as height are different from the example (sample) theme. Please let me know what to do.

I’m doing some testing with the Animals Magazine pre-built theme. On blog posts, the gallery images have a yellow border below them. Where do I change this colour? I’ve changed the theme’s accent colour and manually updated the colours on all the various elements throughout the theme demo content. This is the only one that I can’t change from yellow.
I can’t see it in the single post element. It’s probably obvious, but I can’t see it anywhere.

Unfortunately, you can not install two demos but can install their templates and customize your website. You can use a locker to hide some rows or post content.
The idea with multisite is better.

Hello! I’ve just installed the Echoverse demo without any of the sample content and I have a few questions about the customization options.
1. How can I remove or replace the little bee logo next to the site title? https://imgur.com/31ZoGUk
2. How do I control which posts go on the different content buckets? For instance, the Media Activity and Herbal Harvest sections: how do I customize it so that posts with specific tags or categories appear in specific ones? https://imgur.com/AX1NrTO

Using Free News Pro (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_free_news_pro/) Newspaper theme. In header there is a subscribe button. The code in header (see below) has created 800+ blog post URLs with tds-switching-plans-wizard appended to it!!!
Even when removing the subscribe button from the header and deactivating the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin the code causing the issue remains in the source code! I noticed that several tickets were registered in the past mentioning this problem but no solution was ever mentioned!

The code above clarifies why hundreds of pages get created with tds-switching-plans-wizard behind it! This should be fixed in the theme.
I believe the subscribe button was available in the header when I installed the Free News theme as you can see here https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_free_news_pro/
Is it possible it became hidden somehow by editing the header in the composer? Anyway can I unhide the button / activate it again and then hard remove it from header to get rid of the code?

I am using latest NEwspaper theme with tech-news-pro demo template. page link here
My menu items are showing up on the home page but not on other pages or menu item pages. The links are there but the font appears to be white. No mattter how many times i change the color of menu items the still do not show up. But they show up normally in td composer view while editing.
Anyone help me with this.

In the demo video for designing from scratch, at the 2:00:05 timestamp, the guidance line is used. Plz check.
The guidance line is still not clear. In the demo video it was not showing by default. The presenter activated it, used it, and then it was not visible.
1) We have not selected the guidance line. It is showing in the demo video. How to use guidance line? Where it is located?
2) There is a option for Featured Image when we edit pages also. But it does not show it anywhere.
Can we edit the Featured Image from composer also? We couldn’t find any such option.
