sub: Unable to remove inactive mobile footer templates in cloud library.
We would like to use a global footer template and remove any mobile footer template from the cloud library. But it automatically assigns a previously built footer mobile template.
Kindly help us remove the inactive mobile footer templates, because there seems no provisions for the same in the current setting.

We celebrated Easter, and the support time was reduced these days.
Can you please provide a link to your website? If you have header/footer from Theme Panel, you can find cloud templates like that in the cloud library -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
For the homepage, if you use flex blocks, it is ok, but if you have blocks 1-25, then please change them to flex Blocks.
Also, do you want to migrate the website or only change to using cloud templates?

Maybe the problem is with template cloud, because there are many bugs on it, I had already installed several headers and footers, but its not apear on cloud templates pages. And there a bug with install any template, I need to use command tab + enter to make it complete install, other way, it stocked on install screen.

We are having a problem with the header and footer on our website. On certain pages there seems to be two header/footer templates one over the other, however this isn’t the case for every page. NB these are category pages which have been setup with a universal category template, so it’s weird that it’s only affecting just two out of four.

J’ai un souci avec Google Analytics. Je reçois la notification suivante : “la propriété Hamid Fekhart n’enregistre aucun appel”. J’ai déjà inséré le bout de code de Google Analytics dans les trois espaces de ANALYTICS/JS CODES dans le theme panel (HEADER SCRIPT CODE, AFTER BODY SCRIPT CODE et FOOTER SCRIPT CODE). Je vous prie de noter que dans les débuts, ça a marché et que je recevais les statistiques de Google Analytics. Après, ça a cessé de marcher. J’ai supprimé le bout de code et je l’ai réinstallé, mais toujours en vain. Notez que mon site est un site d’actualités. Je poste quelque 5 à 6 articles par jour (est-ce de là le souci ?). Fin du message.
L’autre problème que j’ai rencontré, c’est avec les pages. J’ai téléchargé des templates cloud différentes pour quatre pages (à propos, politique de confidentialité, contact et mentions légales) pour que je puisse créer à chacune une template mobile. Mais dès que je porte une modification sur une page, les autres pages – à part la page contact – subissent la modification, ce qui n’est pas, à mon sens, normal. J’ai pensé à créer d’abord les pages sur l’interface de WordPress, mais, dans ce cas, il ne sera pas possible de créer des templates mobile. Est-ce un beug ? En tout cas, ça en a bien l’air.

It is experienced that every time TagDiv composer creating a new issue. This time following is show in the Cloud Template Dashboard.
Header and Footer Templates
Error, no templates data received from server.
No cloud templates found!
How to solve it.
I’ve create CPT and have some problems:
1. Can’t set any template to CPT single
2. On CPT single header and footer are displaying almost properly – fonts are different
Is it possible for futur developpement to create a “mobile templace” for header and footer, like all other templates ? Would be so easier to apply to all and to configurate from one unique version :

Hello, it appears that my tdb_template folder is missing after the latest Newspaper update. When I go to update a Cloud template using TagDiv composer (whether header, post template, footer, etc.), I get an Error 404 page and the following message: Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).
When I try to access the actual URL of the template (URL example here), I get an Error 404.
Please let me know how I can fix this.

Please use a footer template from Cloud https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ after you can edit it with tagdiv Composer.
Also, for the subscriber button, please edit the page with tagdiv Composer, scroll until the element, and select the element to edit.

Since I’m new to Newspaper I’ve set up a demo domain where I played around with all the features.
I’ve created the headers and footers I want, as well as highly stylized pages.
I am now setting up a new domain with a new licenses where I will launch the sites.
How do I copy the templates that I’ve created the past week to the new site, not just the theme settings?
Thank you Anamaria. I ended up swapping out the header for another one. Which resolved the issue.
Now the issue I am facing (seemingly since changing the header and footer with the cloud template library — although that might just be a coincidence) is that I can’t open the TagDiv editor any more. The loader animation is all that displays, along with the side bar.
I have tested it with all non-TagDiv plug-ins disabled, and it refused to load. I notice a few errors in the browser console:

First of all, after the last update, the footer and header inside singles and archives stacked with the default. I had to clone the archive and the single template and then delete the old ones.
Yesterday i decided to copy a new archive and single template from my dev site. Again, no matter what i tried i had to delete the old archives and single templates for the changes to take effect.
After that, everything was working fine, until few hours ago, all my archive pages stopped updating with the new posts!
I cleared cache, i stopped cloudflare, i cleared cache again, i removed my cache plugin, i checked my database, i repaired my database, i deactivated and activated the cloud library, nothing is working!!
The only way to see the new posts is to open the archive template with the tagdiv composer, all the latest posts are showing there, but only there.

Newspaper theme with tagDiv Cloud Fitness Pro template
Issues with mobile (2nd build had to scrap the first one because of tagDiv Mobile + AMP conflicts with TD Composer responsive Fitness Pro Cloud Template.
1. I want to edit in one place.
2. On my first build, I noticed that by installing the recommended tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, it overwrites the responsive customizations that I made in TD Composer. And even worse, when I installed the AMP plugin from the Newspaper plugins dashboard, it created error codes visible at the footer. Uninstalling did not help. I had to completely uninstall the theme and start everything from the beginning. Not fun.
3. On my 2nd build, I did not install the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. I did install AMP.
4. On my 2nd build of thisisfootballin.com using the Fitness Pro Cloud template I customized all formats (desktop viewport, landscape viewport, portrait viewport, mobile viewport) in the TD Composer. I like the visual layout/design aspects of the Fitness Pro template the way it appears in the responsive format (the mobile viewport) when customizing using the TD Composer.
5. In tagDiv Cloud Templates I was able to edit the header with TD Composer for all formats (viewpoints). The same is true for the footer. However, the homepage templates show “Homepage – Fitness Pro” as front page “yes” and mobile template ” – ” beneath this is shows “Home” as an unchecked box for front page and “yes” for Mobile template.

6. When I edit Homepage Fitness Pro in TD Composer it has all viewpoints but says “create mobile page” even though it clearly shows the mobile viewpoint with full customizations and when I open the site on mobile it shows the same as described in #4 above.
7. When I edit Home in TD Composer it brings up a different view of mobile and says “edit mobile page”
I do not want to do all these edits again and I am very confused as to why the mobile viewpoint in Homepage Fitness Pro in TD Composer is not registering as the mobile template under Fitness Pro in the tagDiv Cloud homepage templates.
8. This becomes an issue when in the TD Composer editing Homepage Fitness Pro in the mobile viewpoint. When I tap the menu icon to edit, it opens the preloaded mobile menu from the tagDiv Cloud template “home” and there is no way to edit this that I can find.
9. Also why would I have 2 home pages?
10. Forget even trying to do this is tagDiv Mobile theme plugin…
11. Am I doing this all wrong? I want the speed and ability of the tagDiv mobile + AMP but the design of the mobile viewport found in the TD Composer for Fitness Pro template. The plugin doesn’t offer any of the customizations that are preloaded with the Fitness Pro template.
I can’t see Flex Block under Cloud Templates
Header and Footer Templates and Page Templates are above these, but no Flex Block there either

The theme accent color it only applies to certain elements, for example, to back to top button.You can copy and paste the style from one block to another.

I cannot find any menu/option that allow me choose “choose style 1, choose style 2 etc” for header, footer etc in theme panel settings.. For example, how do I choose style 2 for header??

Partly it is solved, Single post template was in trash, restored back.
But the main problem still remains, when the Single post is edited, it cannot be saved.
It just spins and spins save icon and never stops/saves, even though I click on Save or if I click on the drop-down menu under Save -> Save content.
It’s the same thing, the icon spins and spins but never saves.
But other templates like Header and Footer works without any problems, as well as the home page can also be nicely edited and saved.

You can edit a post or article with the TagDiv Composer and add an inline text with the message you need to display and place it at the bottom of your post’s content. Please make sure you place it in the content and not in the footer zone.

Let’s try to take each subject in turn:
