For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.

Try again to download the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest and install it via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

MAke sure that your updating should have been done via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins which might produce that effect, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.

Yes, you can erase all the previous theme customizations if you do not want them anymore. Also, I suggest you make a full backup to be safe. All of these changes should have to be done via FTP way.

i updated the theme and after impossible to acces to the site , error 500; I desactivated the theme by ftp and it’s work, i decided to downgrade and re-install the last version of the theme and it’s still not working … any solution ?
Is it a good idea to delete everything via ftp, set up wordpress completely new and just use the old database? Or will that give the same result?

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using W3 Total Cache which is not recommended with our theme and that’s why this problem might appear, sorry! Also, I saw that you are using the Jetpack which is known to be problematic and I suggest you disable it and all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to reinstall the theme via FTP and check the results.

Singura modalitate precisa de a activa tema de Worpdress este varianta prin FTP. Toti pasii necesari in acest send pot fi gasiti in documentatia noastra. Mai incearca installarea prin FTP deoarece trebuie sa iti reuseasca.

Do you have tried to install the theme via FTP? Please notice that’s our recommended way for installing the theme because this is the surest method in this case. Please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Check the requirements list from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also, notice that we recommend maximum PHP 7.2 version for better results.

I’ve just purchased the theme and have been uploading images through the admin interface. However I am having trouble uploading the same image (which I’ve edited but still has the same name). I’m deleting the original image from the interface as well as FTP’ing to the server to delete the appropriate files in the https://URL/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/image.jpg.
The image files no longer exist but I can still view the image in a separate browser. (https://URL/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/image.jpg)
I am not using any type of caching. Any suggestions you can offer would be appreciated.
Salut am facut o data prin ftp … si dupa mi-a dat o erroare in care nu imi mai apareau imaginile si eu nu prea ma pricep chiar asa de mult in wordpress …. plus ca am un net aiurea ..
Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Even I used FTP to upload the theme they gove me this message

If you are installing your theme from the WordPress theme installer, but get a message that says Are you sure you want to do this? most likely your web server is configured with low PHP settings that only allow a certain size ZIP file to be uploaded via WP admin. https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this/.
Two solutions:
1. Tell your host to increase your post_max_size to 50Mb
2. Upload the theme via FTP https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Fixed!
Using FTP I deleted the entire folder of Newspaper from my themes. I then re-installed the entire folder of Newspaper. This time the demos are working. I guess it was an installation error.

I’ve watched the videos and tried to do this numerous times but end up with the same result.
I installed a new instance of WordPress and then installed Newspaper via FTP. It showed up on my list of themes when I signed into WordPress and I activated it.
However, when I installed a demo my website becomes completely blank. None of the demo information can be found on my page, in face the entire page is just white and there is no content.
When I activate a different theme WordPress theme other than Newspaper, then everything is normal.
When I uninstall a demo then the website does show up using Newspaper but again, I can’t use the demos.
This is really frustrating because the main reason to purchase Newspaper was for the demos and they don’t seem to be working. Please help! What am I doing wrong?
