The visual composer activation message appears on all sites that use visual composer, not matter the theme or domain. In our case, you must ignore this message as the Visual Composer does not require activation when it’s provided in the theme package. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain and check the results. there is an issue in the current version of WP that seems to be affecting every theme. You will not be able to delete a theme from the wordpress dashboard. Please use ftp to install or update your theme:
